Grand Duchess Maria Teresa of Luxembourg visited Muart-Hal Cultural Center in Esch-sur-Alzette and there, she attended the presentation to the general public of "Esch 2022, European Capital of Culture" program. The cultural center offers several modern installations, in which the Grand Duchess was able to discover the different projects that will be realized in 2022. Esch-sur-Alzette is the second biggest city in Luxembourg and is European Capital of Culture in 2022.

    The Grand Duchess looks very nice. If the floral print featured smaller flowers I think she would have looked even better.

      Agreed, smaller flowers would be better. The big bold flowers, for me, in this case, are more for curtain material.

    This outfit suits her well. The floral jacket really brightens up the pants and top. She looks great. Love the earrings. Her hair suits her this length, looks very chic.
