| On January 16, 2020, Grand Duke Henri, Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume, Hereditary Grand Duchess Stephanie and Princess Alexandra hosted traditional New Year reception for members of the parliament and members of the government and members of the diplomatic corps (ambassadors) accredited in Luxembourg. DeleteStéphanie looks good but Alexandra, who we don't often see, looks fantastic. I am not usually a fan of such a dull colour for an evening dress but with her dark colouring it looks wonderful on Alexandra. So impressed.

The only thing I do not like is the neckline; too much cleavage for my taste. And yes, I know it's an evening dress but in my opinion that doesn't mean you have to show that much.
Alexandra looks appropriate but there is a lot going on with the bodice of the dress, the overall pattern of the fabric and the - is it a jacket? It's a bit too much for me.

DeleteRosalyn, I totally agree with you. Way too much cleavage. Couldn't her seamstress, made a plan, and I am sure she has dresser-cum-seamstress, on call, throughout the day. But, yes, her hair is jaw dropping beautiful!

What a wonderful gown on the HGD lovely color. She looks so happy and yes the bump watch is on. Wonder maybe they will have twins? I for one would be over the moon. The hair and makeup is flawless on Stephanie and Alexandra. Hope we see more of them.
