On January 22, 2020, The Duchess of Cambridge visited Cardiff to attend baby sensory class at the Ely and Careau Children's Centre. Centre supports children and families, helps youngsters with special needs and also offers adult education. The visit is part of the Duchess's 24-hour tour of the country to launch '5 big questions on the under 5s'. The Duchess will also visit Surrey today during three-leg trip. (The Duchess of Cambridge wore a new camel coat by Massimo Dutti.) |
The Duchess launches "5BigQuestions", a landmark survey which gives people across the UK an opportunity to provide their view on raising the next generation. |
The Duchess of Cambridge visited HMP Send to talk to some of the women she met during a visit to the prison in 2015, who have since been successfully rehabilitated, released and are rebuilding their families, in addition to women currently at the prison. |
Love everything about this look on the Duchess of Cambridge. The only thing I might change is to do away with the gold buttons on the coat for something more subtle.
ReplyDeleteNo gold buttons. Simply beige ones.
Wahrscheinlich hast Du an Max Mara gedacht.
DeleteGenau - Danke! H.
DeleteLa couleur camel du manteau va superbement bien à Kate.. Très joli style de jupe mais il serait encore plus élégant si elle n'avait pas autant minci !
ReplyDeleteD'accord, Archard. Même penses que vous.

Spotless!
ReplyDeleteLove that coat, I am partial to camel, and it goes to show that low cost firms can have plenty of style. Nice, simple skirt, and a smart combination of black and brown, remember the days when this was a no-no :-) Personally I very much like it. On another not Catherine looks tired.
ReplyDeleteLol Cherry Blossom. That was a mere two weeks ago. People are so fickle.
DeleteAs always Cherry Blossom gives the definitive review. I agree Catherine looks very tired. The events of the last week will surely mean more on her shoulders.
DeleteI agree with all you have written.
DeleteAnd camel is a hard color to wear; not everyone looks good in it.
Agree! Love the blog and second best finding Cherry Bloosoms comments!

Now that is a coat ! Gorgeous camel coat😍😍
ReplyDeleteHRH Catherine looks beautiful spearheading another great cause👏👏👍💞💞👑💞💞💕
Yes, she looks very good - but, like someone else mentioned in a former post, I dislike these extremly high and thin heels. The outfit still would look good without this kind of heels, wouldn't it!
ReplyDeleteI love the whole outfit. Great looking coat and color. The skirt, looks great.Nice interaction with the children and some of the little ones sleeping through the visit.
ReplyDeleteBezaubernde Catherine - ein absoluter Glücksfall für das Königshaus! !
ReplyDeleteJust simply WOW!!
ReplyDeleteShe looks very good and very nice coat. But she's so thin!
ReplyDeleteAgain, very well dressed and suitable to the occasion - I also liked the outfit she wore to the school a lot. She looks extremely tall in those pictures compared to everyone else - is it the heels? She's 1.75m tall but looks far taller in the picturs.
ReplyDeleteI love this coat, she really know how to wear it. Sometimes on says the dress make the wearer, here it is just the reverse. This don't belong, but does anybody know something about the Wedding date of Beatrice and Edo?
ReplyDeleteLove the coat, love the boots and I have that skirt!! albeit, several sizes bigger and I can't wear a tucked in sweater. I know, it's Zara and thousands of people will have it but it still made my day. I think some beige/camel coats can look draining--Sophie has one that I can think of that does nothing for her, but this is a lovely rich caramel colour. Great outfit. As to being tired, she's done London, Surrey and Cardiff in 24 hours which, even allowing for comfortable travelling conditions, is a challenging undertaking.
ReplyDeleteVery well dressed! However, I find that she would look better if she were a little bit less thin.
ReplyDeleteThe Duchess looks lovely. Camel coat is divine. Love the skirt so affordable. Love the subtle pieces of jewellery.
ReplyDeleteGreat look and great cause. Bravo!

This shows show stylish one can dress with normal high street brands.
ReplyDeleteLove the skirt, panter print, in a subtle way
ReplyDeleteA beautiful outfit and suitable for the occasion. As always perfect.

It’s a lovely outfit but I’m struck by how very thin she is now. The biggest thing about her is her hair! Seriously though, I hope she is eating right and taking care of herself. (V.M.)
ReplyDeleteCatherine's skirt is quite beautiful and matched with the black sweater is a perfect choice. Her hair looks healthy and styled nicely. I do not find that these pictures or the videos on other websites show her looking tired. Quite the opposite, she is attentive, outgoing, and engaged. Good for her for working out and staying healthy.

I would to wear it like this, if I was taller ;) I like it, so classy and trendy color
ReplyDeleteThis outfit underline her not so good posture. And the colours make her look tired. - Siri
