Superbe coupe et couleur du manteau ; je craque pour ces boucles d'oreilles que je n'ai jamais vues !
ReplyDeleteBusy Kate and looking good doing it! Love the jeans with this coat. Ann S
ReplyDeleteNice look for Kate today. She is a real busy Lady.
ReplyDeleteI really like this coat, both on color and tailoring, and this style suits her age much better, that being said, I like well fitting pants, but the ones worn here look more like leggings, which I only like for exercise, or a trip to the store, comfortable, yes, but never elegant. Perhaps with a top a bit longer ( mid hip) and knee high or musketeer boots, the outfit could be salvaged. I am not judging the appropriateness of these pants which look almost painted to the body, I think they are just fine, I simply can't find them elegant for official/ business events.
ReplyDeleteI agree Cherry Blossom. I admire the DOC and her style except for the very form fitting jeans she tends to favor. Especially in black they look too much like leggings which I don’t feel are appropriate even for a relatively casual event.
DeleteI thought the jeans looked great with the coat on, a little less elegant with just the sweater. But since she was serving breakfast and playing with children, maybe her intention was to look less elegant. I think she looks great anyway, and I'm certainly no fashion expert! PS, WISH I HAD HER LEGS...LOL. Ann S
DeleteWay too tight - even for a regular, non-royal, activity. Lots of options available to her that would be as comfortable as one wishes for kids activities, without being inappropriately tight.

Casual, comfortable, and yet still stylish. I really love the boots and the teal/blue coat. It is a beautiful color and looks great on her!

Lovely outfit, everything works so well. I am glad that Prince William has found such a hard working and mesmerizing woman!
ReplyDeleteLove the coat - wish I knew what brand it is! DMP
ReplyDeleteA very busy Duchess and lovely interacting with the little ones.
ReplyDeleteThe hairstyle is not appropriate fot the kitchen.

The coat and blouse are absolutely beautiful, but the leggings/jeggings ruin the outfit for me. I think Catherine would have looked superb had she worn a simple black skirt or alternatively, bootcut trousers.
ReplyDeleteSchöne Fotos mit den Kindern.
ReplyDeleteUnkompliziertes, nettes Outfit.
Ihre Haare sehen fantastisch aus.

Her body is far too boyish to wear tight pants like this with short top. - Lisa
ReplyDeleteAnd your comment is gross

DeleteI don‘t use this word very often but this is body shaming!
she is way too skinny!
ReplyDeleteHere goes the skinny shamming again it's getting old and annoying🙄
DeleteI will admit to becoming concerned that Catherine seems to be edging away from being naturally slender in a way that is healthy — her consistent look for years, as photos from before her wedding on demonstrate —and closer to being stick-thin. (This is not “shaming”; it is a legitimate concern.) I hope she is not putting undue pressure on herself. She does not need to work harder, or change anything about herself to win admiration and affection. She is admired and loved already, with good reason.
DeleteAgree with Jane Chantal!
DeleteI did not say she is unhealthy skinny. I just said the tight pants with short top does not look good on somebody with her bodytype. With right clothes you can underline your best parts and hide what is not so good. - Lisa
DeleteIf Kate had an eating disorder, she would not have the energy to do all that she does and her hair would not look so healthy (just to mention a few things). Leave her alone and stop mentioning her weight! It is just as rude to judge how thin/skinny a person is as it is to judge how fat/obese a person. Body shaming is body shaming.
DeleteLove the teal coat, beautiful colour. The jumper with lace detail is lovely, very soft and feminine. Not a fan of the skin tight leggings. Fitted pants would have looked more professional. Regardless the Duchess looked lovely.
ReplyDeleteI agree!!
ReplyDeleteI think she looks fantastic very smart. Her outfit was most appropriate for the occasion.
ReplyDeleteA bit contrived.Somehow it doesn’t resonate as Harry’s engagement with people. OOOPS a point of view- don’t attack!
ReplyDeleteSince when of all sudden this was about Harry. This post is about Kate and her intative but hey at least Kate has class to ignore the petty remarks being thrown at her.
Delete@ Lucyna If people who made comments like yours, just to cause trouble, should be banned.
DeleteI agree with Lavinia.
ReplyDeleteThe jeans detract from the rest of the lovely outfit.
To Lucyna MacDermott, I am sorry you see this as contrived. It's odd because here and on other blogs, many people comment that Duchess Catherine seems to be most in her element when interacting with children.
ReplyDeleteI think you just wanted to stir trouble by mentioning Harry. OOPS - a point of view - don't attack...
I love this blue coat!
ReplyDelete@ Lucynia MacDermort, why???? I used to find the comparisons between Meghan and Catherine completely out of line, and here you are, going there. This family shouldn't be treated as a wrestlers that go up on a stage to entertain the nosy readers. Each one is different, they all have different roles, obviously you like Harry a lot, and so do I, but doesn't preclude me from liking Catherine as well, why turn everything into a competition? You don't know any of them, and never will. To make your point (whatever may be) you don't need to say nonsensical things, The Duchess is in these pictures anything but contrite, in fact she almost looks exuberant!! Stop the circle......
ReplyDeleteMy apologies, I read contrite instead of contrive, in any event my sentiments are the same :-)
