| On December 13, 2019, The Countess of Wessex represented the Queen as the Reviewing Officer at The Sovereign's Parade at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in Camberley, England. The Countess of Wessex inspected the Parade consisting of 690 cadets including 71 women. The Countess presented awards to Officers including Long Service and Good Conduct Medals and The Sword of Honour. |
| The Sovereign's Parade at the end of each term marks the culmination of 44 weeks training and the passing out of Officer Cadets who have completed the Commissioning Course. ReplyDeleteThis shade of blue brings out the color of her eyes. Despite the wind trying it's best to mess up her hair, she looks good in this outfit. I love the coat. The dress is okay - I like the material and print but not the cut/design - on Sophie it looks a little frumpy and, imo,not all that great on the model.

ReplyDeleteI think the Countess looks beautiful in her blue coat, black hat and boots, and, of course, her earrings are gorgeous and her brooch is very nice too. I do not care for the dress but it is mostly concealed by her coat. She has beautiful blue eyes!

ReplyDeleteI actually love this length on a coat whien worn with boots, the color is delicious, and the cut is slimming and elegant. I generally don't care much for her fashion choices, but I do like this one.
ReplyDeleteGreat look for Countess Sophie--one of the best recently. Although I think she often wears clothes that are too long, this length is fine for a coat and much better than the short coats which don't quite cover the dress beneath. The hat is fantastic, again one of the best I have seen her wearing and a massive improvement from the doughnut she wore earlier in the week. Not a huge fan of the dress but it's a perfect match for the coat and probably better with the opaque tights and boot than it was the last time she wore it.

ReplyDeleteWonderful look! I like this coat a lot, the shape is nice and the colour is fantastic! It fit's perfectly her lovely blue eyes. The dress looks very cute and is very nice in combination with the dark tights. Shoes are very nice, too.
