On December 13, 2019, Princess Madeleine of Sweden launched "Childhood Guardians" at Grand Hotel Stockholm. Childhood Guardians is a new and creative innovation of The World Childhood Foundation and it brings more innovation and new ideas to protect kids from abuse. The Foundation aims to reach new audiences with that new approach. (At the event, Princess Madeleine wore a new tweed skirt by Ann Taylor.) |
Superbes photos... Madeleine porte une belle jupe en tweed délicatement ceinturée, au joli boutonnage sur le côté !!!
ReplyDeleteCute skirt. Ann Taylor? Did you get it in Florida US?
ReplyDeleteYou can get that skirt in Ann Taylor's store on Madison Avenue in New York.
DeleteIt is not so expensive.

I thought Madeline lives in Florida. Is she just visiting Sweden or did she move back?
ReplyDeleteStill lives in Florida, but returns to Sweden for yearly royal events, and work as a World Childhood board member.
DeleteNice skirt. Tweed is so wonderful for winter.
ReplyDeleteIn the first picture I can see a lot of ressemblance with her father.
I don't think this is Tweed;it is woven wool. There is a whole history about how Tweed is made in the U.K. The skirt is a nice colour ; and the buttons add interest. She does look like her father.
DeleteIt says it is tweed in the product description. But whether or not it looks like it, I just like the heavier, textured fabrics for winter.
DeleteThese ladies brought their a-game; well done.
ReplyDeleteI want that skirt. Very well styled with the black blouse. She looks very beautiful and stylish.

ReplyDeleteWhat a great foundation. This is a wonderful initiative. The Princess looks lovely in her ensemble. Love her outfit, she looks terrific.
ReplyDeleteI am very impressed with commitments of Princess Madeleine of Sweden to childcare. I remember that she wrote a nobel for children both in Swedish and English about one year ago.
