Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia attended Avicii Tribute concert at Friends Arena

On December 5, 2019, at the Friends Arena in Stockholm, Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia attended Avicii Tribute Concert organized by Tim Bergling Foundation to celebrate Tim’s life, music and legacy. All proceeds from the concert will go to the foundation and its efforts to support organizations which address mental health needs and suicide prevention. (Princess Sofia wore a red dress by Lilli Jahilo.)

During the concert that lasted for two hours, Avicii 's biggest songs was performed by the original vocalists and a 30 piece live band. In addition, world-famous DJs like David Guetta, Kygo, Dimitri Vegas and Mike, Nicky Romero performed during the evening. (The Tim Bergling Foundation is a foundation established by the family of Tim Bergling, known as Avicii, in honour of his death. On 20 April 2018, Avicii died by committing suicide after suffering from mental health issues.)

    They are doing a good job. The Swedes are showing how to do their own thing without damaging the royal reputation. And it was not easy for them sometimes but they managed it without moaning too much.

    It was a very emotional concert, I saw it through internet. Sofia looks lovely in her allready seen red dress and Carl Philip is very handsome. It belongs not here, but I am so happy about the news that Stephanie and Guillaume are expecting a baby!
