On November 20, 2019, Queen Maxima of The Netherlands was present at the signing of the Helmond Music Agreement, the local cooperation agreement for music education at primary schools. The agreement is part of the program of The More Music in Classroom (Meer Muziek in de Klas), of which the Queen is honorary chair. The signing took place during a music festival at Hogeschool De Kempel. |
Hogeschool De Kempel is a small-scaled university of applied sciences, aiming to educate and professionalize teachers in primary education. The agreement includes commitments on formalizing of music education to be given to children in all primary schools in Helmond in the next years. |
Her hair are just unbelievable !

well yes not a good day for her hair.
DeleteYou are right Myriam , I didn't notice it ,looks strange and funny.

Elisabeth, I agree with everything you wrote!
DeleteI think Maxima's hair brush has feet as they say in Dutch i.e. it walks away and they can not find it. I also think it is time her hair dresser went on a refresher course in subtle high lighting. Her high lights are a veritable disaster!
ReplyDeleteI also think that silly little bow belt at the waist is not for someone 1,78m tall and big boned. How much better she looked in that wide simple belt she wore to the garter ceremonie in England this year.
ReplyDeleteIt’s not a belt. She doesn’t need a belt. Maxima needs to comb her hair into a chignon or high ponytail. Victoria has very healthy and beautiful hair but she always wears it up. I think Maxima needs to do what Letizia did several years ago when she got a very short style. She was able to wear tiaras. Unkept hair is equal to dressing to the nines, and donning a dirty pair of shoes. These are things that get us an ok-but complement. “You look okay, but your hair is disheveled.” Cassie
DeleteAh, quels sourires..
ReplyDeleteBeautifull dress is all I can say.....
ReplyDeleteMaxima's hair is a total mess. Dress ok for today.
It would be interesting to see them together. They definately wont get along
ReplyDeleteAgree. But I prefer Charlene by far.
DeleteExactly! They might be good friends.
DeleteMaxima, no makeup, no hair set but big happy smiles today.
I prefer Maxima by far!
DeleteI will take Maxima over Charlene any day. What is on the inside matters! She is genuine, lovely and an absolutely beautiful woman (just needs a better hairdresser... :). Dutch people adore her. She is warm, engaging and a happy queen. How many of those adjectives can you say about Charlene (ok, maybe engaged in giving out race car trophies and hugging the winners... to the point of making it uncomfortable to even look at those pics).
DeleteLA
Not all dutch people adore her: I certainly do not.
DeleteI donot understand How you dare to present yourself with such hair: iT is an insult to your host.!
Love the dress.
ReplyDeleteBad hair-day or not...
ReplyDeleteHer smile and positive vibe is much more important. I love Maxima, just for being herself. Enthusiastic, jolly, charming. The way her hair is styled is not important.
Live is about inspiring other people. And that is what she achieve.
I love it. Be yourself (the dutch spirit) my Queen with capital Q.
It's becoming more comical each day why her hair is so messy. Doesn't she look in the mirror before leaving her house? I like the festive red dress.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful red dress. I want one of those!
ReplyDeleteQ Maxima looks great in this red dress, also super color.
ReplyDeleteLove the red dress worn with the camel coat and accessories. Hair and make-up need a little help but Maxima’s smile and joyful exuberance more than make up for it.
ReplyDeleteE.B.B
Beautiful dress, messy hair!!
ReplyDeleteLove the red dress, it is definitely a colour the Queen wears well. I would omit the little bow on the belt. I am shocked at her hair, that is all I can say.
Yes, hair does matter, especially for a Queen who represents her country. No amount of smiling, laughing, or seemingly big personality can change bad hair.
ReplyDeleteLoren
I think Queen Maxima has an easy, bubbly personality so she's not too fussy if the wind blows her hair out of place. I think she's more relatable that way...make me not feel too bad if I go to work with non perfect hair. Her warm personality shines thru though.
ReplyDeleteCan't get past her hair.
