| On November 5, Queen Maxima opened the ninth edition of the "Pensioen3daagse" at Money Wise Platform in Utrecht. The event will last for 3 days. At the opening meeting, organized by Stichting Pensioenfonds and Money Wise Platform, the central question was how people can be helped to gain insight into their pension and take action if necessary. Queen Máxima is the honorary president of the Money Wise platform. |
Very nice colour combination - mustard and charcoal grey pair well together. Maxima's smile and positive attitude win the day. I love seeing her and other royals being involved in these very real, pertinent matters that greatly affect the people of their country. Well done.

DeleteLooove the sweater. Not a fan of the mustard yellow, but the pants are the perfect length, and I admire the design of the matching coat (cape?). I wish Maxima could fall in love with small, elegant gold earrings for daytime -- but since that isn't going to happen, I'm grateful for these relatively tame clusters. However, that ring she is wearing on her right hand is inexcusable unless it was a gift from her hosts.

DeleteI would keep the pearl ring and ditch the earrings. They are fast tashion where a large grey pearl stud would have added more grey and been looked more refined.

DeleteAh, now at least I know what that gigantic round grey thing on her ring is! For me, it's not about how precious the material, it's about the look. To me, this ring is extremely unattractive -- but it's interesting to know what it is.

ReplyDeleteThis is rather my opinion, although I don't mind the earrings. To me the styling of her hair has changed compared with some weeks ago. I hope she will go for less thinning styling.
DeleteWow I love it! A well fitting pantsuit in a bold colour with a beautifully draped top underneath. The jewelry works too, especially that gorgeous pearl ring and the graphic bracelets. Hair is good as well - a little fuller and more tousled than we’ve seen. (V.M.)

ReplyDeleteThe screaming yellow would be bearable with a less contrasting colour; the big yellow Earrings are totally overdoing iT, making it even cheaper.
This is a nice color combination. It also is a great looking ensemble but too much of mustard yellow,any other color would have been great ,or even a very soft yellow.But if some one can carry this off it is Maxima.
ReplyDeleteI love the grey sweater and the yellow suit, while certainly not for me, is fine for Maxima's bubbling personality as Anon 8:27 describes it. I'm envious of her perfect length trousers.

The combination of these two colors is very nice! although I would have chosen black shoes.
