On November 6, 2019, Queen Elizabeth II visited the Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) village in Aylesford to celebrate the charity’s centenary year. The charity supports Armed Forces personnel and veterans, and their families, as well as people who have been long-term unemployed. The Queen opened the new Appleton Lodge care facility and visited the Centenary Village housing project. The Queen also saw how residents benefit from recreational and school activities on offer, including arts and crafts, flower arranging and reading sessions. |
The Queen looks fantastic. Lovely smile, great jewelry and as usual great coat and hat, also very nice color.
ReplyDeleteAs always, the Queen is beautifully dress. I love her purple coat and hat, and the brooch is magnificent. Her smile lights up her beautiful face.
ReplyDeleteLoveliest of all.
ReplyDeleteI really hope that I, when I´m 90+, will be able to use a spade like her.
ReplyDeleteIn the photo where she raises her eyebrows, she looks a lot like Charles.
Her hat is cute with those pompoms. And great colour overall.
Yess, I also saw suddenly Charles in her face; and oh, to be So vivacious at this age!
DeleteA miracle!
Tja, was soll man noch sagen?
ReplyDeleteMan! It's all about that brooch for me and it's my birthstone too! The queen looks lovely and vibrant.
