On November 6, 2019, Wednesday, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden attended a dinner with representatives of "IT Girls” and “Bit Alliance,” Institute for Youth Development KULT, Challenge 2 Change, USAID/Sweden FARMA II Project and Mozaik Foundation (Mozaik), which are organizations aiming to create innovation and entrepreneurship opportunities for young people. (Crown Princess Victoria wore a new gold-flower print dress by Dagmar.) |
Victoria looks nice with more make up on and with hair parted in the middle but the dress is not to my taste

She looks stunning
ReplyDeleteOh boy. I´m glad we don´t get to see a full picture of her wearing that because it looks horrid on the model. And I fear that Victoria would make it even worse by wearing ankle boots with it.
ReplyDeleteJust the top would have been ok as a blouse and would have made a nice classic (albeit retro) outfit if paired with a sleek black pencil skirt.
Daniel´s pinstripe suit looks really nice but clashes with Victoria´s outfit in every possible way.
I so agree! The morning outfit was quite nice (except the "tail"), but here we are back to the baggy printed dresses from Dagmar that does not even look good on the model.
DeleteBoth Victoria and Daniel look great othervise, I wonder if they went for a little sunny vacation?
I’m with you, words fail me...
DeleteVictoria was wearing black tights and black high heels with this dress (strange long sleeves).
DeleteAgree that this top would have looked good with a black pencil skirt. The bright pattern looks good on the Crown Princess. Just delighted that she didn't wear the dreaded shooties with it.
DeleteWell, no for me, but it must be difficult to have always the perfect dress...
ReplyDeleteHow can one sit down and eat with such a huge belt on?
ReplyDeleteLooks like Japanese style..
ReplyDeleteMake-up is great. Victoria is in great physical shape. Has she lost weight?
I love the dress and its colours and style. And although it's nice to see colour-coordinated couples every once in a while, people are still individuals. I don't see why they should coordinate their outfits all the time.

Robe pas vraiment à mon goût mais peut-être qu'avec des fleurs plus petites et une ceinture en tissu moins large, ce sera parfait !!!

I think her stylist puts her into clothes that are fashionable without really considering whether they are flattering. (I’m thinking of all of those droopy prairie dresses...). She’s a very attractive young woman and she can look absolutely amazing. This dress is not a winner as far as I can see - fabric too shiny, neck too high. I like the belt though! ( V.M.)
ReplyDeleteAgree. Victoria is my favourite royal but her clothes are most of the time very unflattering. -Siri
DeleteVictoria definitely looks better with more color on her face. From the neck up, beautiful. I can't say the same about her dress. The print is very unattractive. It's more of the same--high neck, excess fabric and shapeless with a random belt added to wrangle the fabric in to create a waist. This go-to look is very aging on Victoria. Hopefully we will see more of yesterday's kind of outfit going forward.
ReplyDeleteVictoria is glowing in this dress! I think the yellow accents suit her well and she pulls off a dress that would not suit most people.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, beautiful dress! She looks wonderful!
ReplyDeleteAgree!
DeleteA very nice print dress, but not for Victoria. This is OMO.
ReplyDeleteGreat Outfit on CP Victoria, love it.

Souvenir du Japon .
