King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain are making a 2 day state visit to South Korea on October 23-24. On October 23, King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain arrived at Seoul Air Base. The King and Queen firstly attended a memorial service at the Seoul National Cemetery. After the ceremony, The King and Queen were welcomed by President Moon Jae-in and First Lady Kim Jung-sook with a state ceremony at Cheongwadae in Seoul. In the evening, the King and Queen attended a dinner, hosted by President of South Korea held at Blue House. (At the dinner, the Queen wore a new floral embroidery tulle midi dress by Temperley London.) |
The First Lady has such a beautiful smile and looks wonderful in the green suit.
ReplyDeleteThe Temperly dress is stunning and so is Queen Letizia in it.

Those ruby earrings are stunning. Glad to see Queen Letizia bringing out more significant pieces of jewelry lately.
ReplyDeleteQueen Letizia gets it right 90% of the time, today all outfits are perfect especially the white embroided dinner dress
ReplyDeleteTotally agree with you Winnie. She looks just stunning.
DeletePerfection. The purple and emerald dress perfectly compliments the South Korean First Lady's suit. It's as if they planned it. I thought the Temperley London dress was wonderful too. It's a bit whimsical and not her usual fare but she looks so fresh. The lip color really works and I appreciate the detail of her bun.
ReplyDeleteQueen Letizia looks wonderful wearing this terrific Temperley dress ...
ReplyDeleteKorean First Lady changed into… what…?
ReplyDeleteDon't you know what the clothes she is wearing are called?
It is called hanbok I think.
DeleteHanbok - the traditional Korean national costume.
She looks so chic getting off the plane in her white dress and black coat. The Temperly dress is beautiful and I love where it hits right before her ankle. Love the earrings- wish I could see her ring better. The second dress is a great rewear.
ReplyDeleteE.B.B.
All three dresses are tres chic. The Temperley dress, however, is quite exquisite and she picked the perfect shoes to complement it.
ReplyDeleteAlle 3 Outfits sehen sehr gut aus.
ReplyDeleteDas mittlere hat sie schon mal getragen...ich glaube in London. Hat sie da nicht mit Prinz Charles eine Kunstausstellung besucht?
-Elisabeth-
Stimmt. Die "Sorolla"-Ausstellung.
DeleteI absolutely love the Temperely dress
ReplyDeleteMe too.
DeleteShe is pefect. Stunning.
ReplyDeleteFirst Japan now S Korea. I live the white dress it is chic, the other two are very lovely too.The evening dress the white with black must be new.Great look. The Korean First lady looks lovely in the green suit, very well fitting.
ReplyDeleteLos aretes son prestando de la reina SofÃa,pertenecen a su joyero personal
ReplyDeleteAll three dresses are great on Q. Letizia. The white is simple and chic. The blue print is a gorgeous mix of colours, and the Temperley evening dress is so interesting and different with its beautiful textures. I can’t imagine her looking any better than this. (V.M.)
ReplyDeleteThe evening dress is sublime and the Queen wears it well.and looks exceptional. Letizia is giving Mary competition here recently.
ReplyDeleteThe Temperley is delicate and exquisite. It is so different from her usual solid colors, but she pulls it of. Hair and makeup are beautiful. As Anna says it looks like both camps coordinated their outfits, because the first lady's traditional dress echoes some of the same colors of the Temperley. The same happens with the forest green tones in the repeated CH and the green of the first lady's suit. This dress is always a winner. Even their bracelets are similar. The arrival dress can also be considered a repeat since it is the white version of the Argentina arrival dress. All in all a great trip with each outfit telling a different story. Belle
ReplyDeleteVery pretty outifts. The Temperley dress look different and with many interesting details. I like it that she has started to wear bracelets more often. And those earrings look great with this dress and hairstyle.
ReplyDeleteI miss her lighter hair. Dark makes her look older somehow.

perfect beautiful outfits
ReplyDeleteI really like all three dresses on Letizia. However, I think they all would have looked even better in different lengths - the white and the dark floral one shorter (just below the knee), and the third one longer (floor length). But still, very well-chosen outfits, and the dark floral one happens to look so harmonious next to the deep green suit of the Korean first lady. That´s a floral dress I can totally support for day use (clean lines, no frills), plus it looks perfect for autumn.
ReplyDeleteThe white dress and jacket looks so chic, love her accessories, beautiful. The floral dress is unusual in its design but she looks lovely, her drop earrings look stunning, a close up would have been good to get a better view. The dinner gown is beautiful on the Queen she wears it well, but those ruby earrings are stunning.
ReplyDeleteMagnifique.
ReplyDeleteLike all three dresses but especially the gorgeous blue/green day dress. It's such a gorgeous pattern shape, length---everything is perfect. I like the white dress worn on arrival but irritated by the jacket over shoulders thing, which I just can't see the point of. The evening dress is beautiful but I agree that full length would have been stunning. Great trio of outfits.
