On October 3, 2019, Queen Letizia of Spain presided over the opening of the XIV International Seminar on Language and Journalism held at Monastery of Yuso in La Rioja, Spain. The theme of the seminar was “Spanish and machines: language, ethics and journalism”. The purpose of the seminar was to debate whether companies, the media and administrations speak the same language as citizens, what clear language is and how we can achive a clear language. |
I don't like the cut or fit of the pants and the sweater is uninspired but I do appreciate the shoes. Queen Letizia's color palate does compliment her environs though.
ReplyDeleteTotally agree with you Anna.

What a beautiful, classical look. As always, tailored to perfection. Love that the shoes have a little interest since it is a neutral look. She always gives a master class.

DeleteSimple, elegant, beautiful....
ReplyDeleteShe did it again!! Looking polished and casual, the top is just a simple piece that combines with the perfect pair of pants, I am so glad that higher waist, and wide leg are coming back, if you buy the right size and with the perfect length, they are forgiving and sophisticated, I am so over the sausage look and having to wear a long tank top all the time so I don't show my lovely attributes every time I bend over...😂 Shoes are perfection for this outfit.
ReplyDelete😂😂 love your coments and I agree.
Deletelove the look

Quelle silhouette.. J'adore son pantalon à pinces !!!
ReplyDeleteOnly two words. Simply fantastic.
ReplyDeletePerfect pants!!! I wish they could establish themselves for a loooong time in fashion. Called high cut but it is the only cut that suits every woman, opposed to the low cut which is positioned at an arbitrarily chosen point of the feminine silhouette, not corresponding to any meaningful body section, hiding the waist which *is* a very meaningful feminine body section ... low cut is/was a truly hideous "invention", along with the infamous skinny cut. This is a perfect look for Letizia (or any woman, as far as I am concerned :-)

I think Reina Letizia hit the nail again! Very elegant, for the event.
ReplyDeleteNice outfit. Great trousers at a perfect length. Superb shoes. She's just such a joy to follow with so many lovely outfits.
ReplyDeleteShe has an unique style. Her outfits are chosen with much knowledge about timeless fashion, colours and trends. Does she chose her clothes on her own or is her fashion assistant a kind of genius? Frieda
ReplyDeleteI love this look. Letizia does it again for me. I think her style is perfect for every occassion. From the glam red dress to a masterpiece look of that skirt to this classic look of today...Rochelle Cape Town RSA
ReplyDeleteBeautiful classic look - not her usual colour combination, but, very typical for Letizia, she keeps surprising us.

Love this! Simple pieces, well cut and flattering. The two-toned shoes are a nice touch too. (V.M.)
ReplyDeleteThis outfit looks lovely. The pants and sweater I love. The cut and fall of the pants and length are spot on. The two tone shoes are divine. Clutch bag perfect. Her makeup is so natural and just enough. She looks beautiful, an elegant and classy woman.
ReplyDeleteSimply chic. - Siri
ReplyDeleteAnother sleek, polished appearance, and a master class in how to wear high waisted pants. Shoes...fabulous. Awesome ability to walk in them on cobblestones. Viva! M.
ReplyDeleteSo true!
DeleteShe looks beautiful
ReplyDeleteImmaculate appearance. Professional but not overly stuffy. Her tailored pants show her shoes which are coordinated perfectly. I have to say this but do any of you ever notice her hair? Not only is it always styled to perfection but it always shines in the lights of wherever she is.
ReplyDeleteUnderstated elegance! A gorgeous, subtle colour palate and a beautifully cut pant, plus those shoes- superb!
