King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain are currently making a 2 day state visit to South Korea. On the second day of their state visit to South Korea, Queen Letizia and First Lady Jung-sook visited the headquarters of the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA). The King and Queen then visited Seoul City Hall. In the afternoon, the King and Queen visited LG's new Innovation Gallery at LG Science Park. Afterwards, the King and Queen attended a reception of the Spanish community living in South Korea. The Queen wore a new confetti-print shirt-dress by Massimo-Dutti.

  1. Funny point - Letizia is finally taller than the people she is meeting up with :) Nice outfit.

    2. Why are you so unpleasant? Did I say something about her which is not true? Did I attack her in any way? NO!!! I simply stated a fact which anyone can see for themselves. Furthermore I like Letizia and that´s that. Jannillka

  2. Beaucoup d’originalité ! Les asiatiques ne portent pas de cuir ,ils ont dû être surpris .

  3. No to the dark dotted dress. That´s not a business dress. It´s a lot of fabric without much structure. And the colour and print are dull.
Yes to the white blouse and red leather skirt. Very nice pairing, looking fresh and elegant. I would like the skirt to be a few cm shorter (only 3-4cm but it would make a big difference in terms of proportions). But still a very sharp look.
A massive yes to the purple skirt suit of the Korean first lady. Perfectly tailored, simple and clean lines with just the right amount of interest with the leather piping around the neck and along the zipper. Class.
Felipe looks good. Nice to see a gray suit for a change. I only wish he hadn´t chosen a pink tie on the day her wife wears a red skirt.

  6. I like the white blouse lovely lace detail on the sleeves. Maybe the dark dress a bit shorter? I also like the purple suite from the Korean First lady.

The white blouse is beautiful. Elegant and classy. Love the dark dress, accessories are a perfect finish.

  8. Seems we’re all more or less on the same page. Red leather skirt and cream top (it seems to me it’s not white perse) looks nice and fresh. Long MDutti dress not particularly great.

  11. While Letizia looks great in just about everything, I do think the dress is rather matronly. I much prefer her in the red skirt and white blouse. The skirt is tres chic and the blouse is very pretty and feminine, while complementing the skirt perfectly.

    2. Matronly? My daughter is 17 years old and own that dress, she wears it with boots though.

  12. Yes to the confetti dress, which with the exception of his tie is a perfect match to the king's color palette and quite suitable for a visit to an industrial location. It is ladylike without being too severe. The red leather skirt and blouse are chic without being overdone. With three outfit changes in one day (back to the suit and sweater for the trip home) it must have been quite hectic dashing back and forth to the hotel. The king's fashion except his formal wear seems to have been chosen mainly to match his eyes. The pieces separately are elegant but the combinations... Belle
