The Royal family attended the 2019 Braemar Gathering

On September 7, 2019, Queen Elizabeth II, The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, known as The Duke and Duchess of Rothesay when in Scotland, Autumn Phillips and Peter Phillips attended the 2019 Braemar Highland Games held at the Memorial Park in Braemar, Scotland. The Braemar Gathering is a traditional Scottish Highland Games which predates the 1745 Uprising. The event has been run in its present form since 1832. The Queen is Chieftan of the Braemar Gathering.

    what a fantastic outfit for the Queen. The gorgeous rich purple looks great on her. I also like the outfits worn by Camilla, the berry red is very flattering and Autumn Phillips outfit is smart and ideal for the occasion. Doesn’t the Queen look wonderful happy?

    Love Camilla's outfit -- especially the hat, which is a great style for her. Autumn Phillips looks very nice also _except_ for that bit on her hat that is sticking straight up! It would have been wonderful if Peter Phillips had worn a kilt (I assume that as a descendant of the Queen, it would not be improper for him to do so).

      I am aware that all opinions should be respected, but I find the hat of both Camilla and Autumn horrible, the best one is the one of the Queen, at least no surprise about that one.
      And once again I feel worried about Charles' face and inflated hand.

    Ich finde ALLE Anwesenden sehr hübsch, auch diejenigen in der zweiten Reihe. Schöne Farben und Konturen, schönes Textil. Ich wünsche der Queen noch viele Jahre - sie blüht richtig auf!
