| Queen Margrethe II of Denmark is currently making a 4 day official visit to the German state of Schleswig-Holstein. The visit takes place between September 3 and 6. On September 3, The Queen arrived at Flensburg Harbour with the Royal Ship Dannebrog. Upon arrival, The Queen was welcomed by Consul General Kim Andersen. Queen Margrethe II then visited Flensburg City Hall. Afterwards, The Queen visited the Danish Nursing Home, and Duborg School and the Danish Central Library for South Schleswig, and the Copper Mill Industrial Museum. |
The Queen as usual has a lovely spirit about her. The outfits are usually spot on, but today, the pink, not so much in my opinion. It was either too pink, or a dark shrimp, hard to tell in the photos, and it just seemed off. She is a lovely woman, met her and shook hands one time. Very nice woman.

ReplyDeleteHach, meine Nachbarin ist da! In Lachs und Blau, eine Farbzusammenstellung, die ich auch mag. Klassisch, chic und gut sitzend - und sehr margrethisch ist der Mantel. Den mag ich sehr. Sonst wäre es zu stromlinienförmig und angepasst, gar nicht wie die Königin:-)
