Every year, many authors come to Segovia to share their ideas and thoughts on their own books and on literature. At the event, Charlotte Casiraghi presented her new book, ‘A Passion for Philosophy’ (Archipel des passions). The international event took place on September 19 to 22. |

DeleteBeautiful young lady. Her crisp white shirt with jeans seems a bit too casual, but she wears them well. Love her blouse (?) in the last three photos in which she seems very focused on the presentation.
ReplyDeleteThere is this innate elegance about her, just like her mother and grandmother, that regardless what they wear they always make a statement. I I have always like the combo of a crisp white shirt with jeans for informal settings, and you can always transition to business casual with a black short jacket, loafers, channel like purse and a substantial modern necklace or scarf if needed :-)

DeleteI think she looks fine without a belt. Actually, I never wear a belt with jeans either - maybe that's why it looks ok to me. :-)

DeleteI would have preferred a belt as well. In fact, whenever a top is tucked into trousers, a belt is needed. Only exception are suit trousers (without a visible button), and women´s trousers that close on the side.
DeleteBelt or no belt. It ain't a problem for me. I just don't wear jeans. For me, jeans for women are the biggest fashion disaster ever. For men, they are very practical for doing rugged work, gardening etc.
