On August 30, 2019, Queen Letizia and Crown Princess Leonor visited King Juan Carlos at Quirón Madrid University Hospital in Pozuelo de Alarcon, Madrid. On the morning of August 24, Saturday, former King Juan Carlos underwent a successful cardiac surgery. (Crown Princess Leonor wore a polka dot blouse by Massimo Dutti.)

    Yes very nice Leonor. What strikes me is that Letizia looks so pleased; it seems to be a victory day for her, and is wearing a very nice blazer.

      Queen L's smile might be due to the fact that she knew that all was right with king Juan Carlos' recovery and that he would be discharged from the Hospital within 24 hours.
