| Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway turned 46 today. On the occasion of the birthday, the Royal Palace released a few photos of the Crown Princess. Mette-Marit Tjessem Høiby met Crown Prince Haakon at Quart Festival. The couple got married on August 25, 2001 at Oslo Cathedral. After her marriage, she acquired the title, Her Royal Highness the Crown Princess of Norway. Crown Princess Mette-Marit is patron of many organizations such as the Norwegian Red Cross and the Norwegian Council for Mental Health. Happy birthday to you, Crown Princess Mette-Marit. |
Crown Princess Mette-Marit is looking vibrant. She wears her 46 years extremely well and while she has health issues it's good to see she does not seem to be affected by them in any visible way. May she have many, many birthdays to celebrate with her family.
