| The Earl and Countess of Forfar, that is, The Earl and Countess of Wessex, visited Forfar in Scotland. This was their first official visit to the town since The Queen granted the additional title The Earl of Forfar to The Earl of Wessex earlier this year. The Earl and Countess met with local residents, visited various businesses and landmarks in the town. The Earl was presented with ‘Earl of Forfar’ tartan, which has been designed for The Earl and Countess to celebrate their new titles. ReplyDeleteThe Css of Forfar is wearing a lovely pink dress, like the flair, very nice. The jacket I feel is a bit too sporty and the shoes no. Regular pumps in pink or matching the clutch would have been great.Do like her interaction with the people. Hope we see her wearing something with this tartan,lovely color. And what a greeting from the dog.

OMG - the skirt is absolutely a disaster: too long, too pink, too much from everything. Yes I know, she seems to be a nice enough person, but even so! The doggy is cute and the scottish dancers are well dressed.
ReplyDeleteVery nice from the waist up, the jacket color suits Sophie. The shoe color is all wrong, too warm a color for the shade of pink of the dress. The bag color doesn’t work either, too dark.

ReplyDeleteThis is a lovely dress in a lovely colour—a little on the long side as usual but the cut means she can get away with that. The shoes are a very strange choice. They match neither the dress, nor the jacket nor the bag, so why? Sophie ‘s interaction with children and animals is lovely.
