The guest list reportedly includes many members of Monaco's royal family. Is it really necessary to always mention 'grandson/granddaughter of Princess Grace?

DeleteI don't agree with Hope B, I think it would be better to speak more about what they do today. They are involved in quite a number of actions. They would be more like the Grand Duke and Duchess of Luxemburg. Personally I don't remember a lot about Grace, incidentally she had to take distance from her life as an actress. Always better to be cautious about icones. In addition it must be a very heavy inheritage for Charlene by the way.

DeleteExactely my thought. Louis is a commoner with a tiny drop of "blue" blood. As never got to know his grandmother Gracia Patricia the fact that he is her grandson probably doesn't mean much to him.
DeleteI think it would be much more relevant to say he is the son of princess Stephanie of Monaco than the grandson of princess Grace.

DeleteHe's the spitting image of his dad - who still is a very attractive man by the way. Why do people always search for the famous ancestors in a person? Louis got another set of grandparents by his fathers side. So, to be fair, it would be more useful to look for resemblance in all four grandparents.
DeleteWell, I think he's a mix of his parents - there are moments I see Stephanie. I certainly don't think he is a double of his father as strong as the resemblance might be.

ReplyDeleteLooking forward to the wedding. He might only be the nephew of the reigning Prince and "grandson of" but he's part of the Prince's family and it's a happy occasion. Can't wait to see what the bride and all the guests are going to wear. Like his cousins, he and his sister seem to have managed the knack of creating longer lasting relationships better than their mother or aunt.
