Dutch Queen Maxima's working visit to Bangladesh, second day

Dutch Queen Maxima is making a three day working visit to People’s Republic of Bangladesh. On the second day of her visit to Bangladesh, Queen Maxima firstly met with development partners and representatives of the fintech sector at the local UN office. Queen Maxima then visited a representative of iPay, which has developed the iPay e-wallet that customers can install on their smartphone and use to make online payments. Afterwards, The Queen visited ShopUp, which is a business that helps small enterprises to sell their products via Facebook.

      Getting older is no excuse. Queens Elizabeth, Sonja, and Silvia are much older than Maxima but still take the time to make their hair look like a queen should.

      She is there as Maxima and not as Queen representing The Netherlands.
      It's het private work beside her 'reign'.
      So this is fine, she is being herself.
      Great!
      It is great that maxima is doing this job which is her personal interest.

    Yeah, jetzt ist sie schon wieder mehr Maxima. Das Kleid ist ein Traum und steht ihr ausgezeichnet. Für ihre Verhältnisse ist es fast schon schlicht zu nennen, deshalb mussten die Ohrsteine her. Vielleicht denkt sie aber auch, die lenken von den Haaren ab?! Selbst ich kann jetzt sehen, wie kaputt die armen Dinger sind!

    God bless Maxima for using her talents to help others. She’s so genuine and warm. She desperately needs a ponytail for her thin hair. She’s dressed appropriately for the occasion.

      I couldn't agree more, Anon 9:28. You are absolutely right. I don't get that same feeling from many other royals except 1 other.
      She is very unique out of all the Royals followed on here. She goes out of her way, and above and beyond to get involved and help others outside her own country. She is a regal Queen half the time, and a genuinely hard working advocate for others the other half. Easily one of my top favourites as well.

    Really like the dress and the ridiculous earrings in the first outfit. The idea of the suit in the second outfit is good but the skirt is too tight and too short. I wish she would just pin up her hair or tie it back when it’s not formally styled. I really try not to focus on it and to concentrate on the great work she does, her lovely warm personality, her quirky dress sense but it’s difficult not to.

    I hope she get some good advice about her hair. She looks lovely when her hair is pinned up. See July 4th. Why stick to the long messy hair? A shorter haircut would probably be more flattering.
