On June 28, 2019, Queen Margrethe attended the anniversary parade of Danish Royal Life Guards at Rosenborg Barracks. The Queen presented "Queen’s Clock" to the guard Rasmus Joakim Brøndsel. "Queen’s Clock" is a traditional honorary award presented to a guard who has been selected by the commander due to the best service every years. |
The fit and the color of her dress are very nice. I like the hat too. It appears that Queen Margrethe has a bandage on her upper left arm, and an abrasion below. But, she seems in good spirits so she is likely not injured seriously.
ReplyDeleteAgree.
DeleteThe Q looks lovely. This is a very nice color dress. She looks happy. Anon @6:10 PM you are right about her left upper arm.I do hope she is fine.
ReplyDeleteWow, that hat is a gorgeous color -- appears to have rich shadings as the light plays on it. The dress goes very nicely with it, and looks comfortably cool. I'm guessing the weather was sizzling.
ReplyDeleteAfter seeing Anne shaking hands with her gloves on just a few days ago, I just want commend Margrethe for removing her glove to shake hands. That is class.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous dress and hat. Great outfit for Queen Margarethe.
ReplyDeleteChardonn8r, do you think we could get a group together to steal all of the Princess Royal’s gloves and ceremoniously burn them??
Let's. We could do it for all the little people. Obviously, I am among them.
