Queen Elizabeth attended the 20th Anniversary of the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh

On June 29, 2019, Queen Elizabeth II, accompanied by Prince Charles, who is known as the Duke of Rothesay when in Scotland, attended a ceremony to mark the 20th Anniversary of the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh, Scotland. Then, The Queen and The Duke of Rothesay attended a reception, with young Scots born on the day of the opening of the Scottish Parliament. The ceremony took place almost two decades to the day, since the Scottish Parliament officially assumed its legal powers.

  3. As usual, Her Majesty looks stunning. She was asked once why she wore such bright colors and she replied "how else will everyone find me." (not exact phraseology but close)

  5. What an amazing colour for her Majesty. Brighter than the blue in our St Andrew’s flag but surely a nod to it. Slightly disappointed that I’m not there to go to some of the various appearances this week but lying in the Spanish sun difficult to feel any regrets! 🌞🍹
