Yesterday, on June 15, 2019, Prince Joachim and Princess Marie attended events held on the occasion of Dannebrog's (Danish national flag) 800th anniversary. Prince Joachim and Princess Marie attended a celebratory service at Copenhagen Cathedral and then attended the anniversary celebrations held at Copenhagen City Hall Square. According to a popular legend, the red-and-white cross fell from the sky as a sign of support from God during the battle of Lindanise in Tallinn on June 15, 1219 and secured the Danes a hard victory. (Princess Marie wore a pink pencil dress by Goat Fashion.) |
Marie looks superb! This ensemble is perfect. I adore her hat.
ReplyDeleteSehr schick, auch der Hut.
ReplyDeleteWürde mir wünschen, dass die royalen Damen wieder mehr Hut-Mode tragen. Es sieht so elegant aus.
Da schließe ich mich an!
DeleteNice and elegant outfit, I wish she had chosen different shoes, I find these platforms very dated, and not pretty at all.
ReplyDeleteI almost always think something is missing with marie, but here she nails it! That dress is so feminine and I love her hat here.
ReplyDeleteSamaa mieltä

ReplyDeleteMarie looks just perfect. Love every single thing about her look . Prince Joachim also looks great.
ReplyDeleteWow! Wonderful outfit for Marie--the dress is gorgeous and the hat really makes it. She always looks smart but here she looks regal.
ReplyDeleteUn sans faute sur toute la ligne pour la princesse Marie. Quelle élégance et quelle classe qu'elle dégage! Je l'aime de plus en plus.
ReplyDeleteLove the dress, not so keen on the hat but it works.
ReplyDeleteNow this is great style. Marie looks perfect - feminine and chic.
ReplyDeleteLove the colour, the style of the dress, the sleeves and the lovely hat.
A very French look that is a true reflection of her roots. Très, très belle, madame!
The style is fine, but I find the color bland. I would like to see a change of color in the bag, shoes or hat. While I like the color on brunettes, the dress is too close to her skin tone. I completely agree with Cherry about the shoes.
ReplyDeleteWonderful myth about the flag "Dannebrog".
DeleteI saw a part of the celebration service in the Cathedral on tv, Princess Marie looks stunning, she is so beautiful.
The pale yellow hat is new, but the pink dress is reuse, I think.
Marie wird immer eleganter !!
ReplyDeletePss Marie of Denmark looks stunning today. Love the whole outfit from head to toe. Great dress.
ReplyDeleteFabulous! Marie really lives up to her potential here.
ReplyDeleteI never care for Marie’s fashion choices but I love the dress and she looks fabulous. I’m not a fan of the hat as I think it’s a bit froo-froo with the sleeves of the dress. I’m not a fan of the outdated pumps either.
ReplyDeletePerfect!
ReplyDeleteTon-in-Ton, immer so elegant!
ReplyDeleteVery nice from the hat to the shoes!
ReplyDeleteIf there are two ladies I rarely comment on it's Kate and Marie because they dresses so bland and always put on the same things in different colors for me. But my namesake princesse's look here is so beautiful. I would have chosen other shoes, but that takes nothing from how chic she is. Love love her dress, and it takes some style to wear that hat. Well done!
ReplyDeleteMARIE
Just gorgeous-hair, hat and dress.
