On May 10, Princess Marie opened the new food festival Madens Folkemøde in Maribo, organized for the first time. The festival's events include debates, market visits and various cooking activities. The festival and a related symposium is taking place on May 10-11, 2019 in Maribo. Madens Folkemøde can literally be translated as People’s Food Gathering. Madens Folkemøde is organized by Food Organization of Denmark which is a small non-profit organization that aims to enhance the interest in Nordic and Danish gastronomy, nature, agriculture and culinary culture. |
Short tight light pants with black boots. No-no-no. Princess or not - it's awful.
ReplyDeleteI love my tight blue jeans …… and I still will love (and wear) them, "when I'm 64" …… no matter what the fashion dictates. <3
DeletePrincess or not, Marie certainly does it too, but a pair
of ballarina would probably have given a better fit for these.
Good for you anonymous. You keep wearing those tight pants as long as you can :)
DeleteCertainly nothing wrong with it.
Nice to see Pss. Marie again. Lovely outfit, fit for this event.
ReplyDeleteHach, ich mag diesen unaufgeregten Country/Citylook. Den Mantel hätte ich auch gerne!
ReplyDeleteI want that camel coat.
ReplyDeleteSimply a big No.
ReplyDeleteShe has a great figur, the coat is nice.
ReplyDeleteWhat is the problem with tight pants? People on this blog seem to take issue with them. Women have curves to their bodies, pants are supposed to fit their shape. Nothing wrong with it.
ReplyDeleteStop being so old fashioned.
AGREE!There's too many commenters on this blog who complain about tight pants.
DeleteEspecially when Kate wears her skinny jeans.
They seriously need to stop being so old fashioned.
Me too, I love my skin pants and Marie shure looks great in them! Very nice coat too.
DeleteYour comment made me laugh. It's nothing to do with being modern or old fashioned just with what people who follow this blog think looks good or not! They should be able to express their opinion. For my part, here I think the beige jeans with the black boots look strange, dark jeans with black boots might have looked okay
DeleteThe black boots look fine for an outdoor event. Lighter shoes would have shown dirt, grass stains, etc.
ReplyDeleteI love tight pants long or around ankle lenght; you can pair them with almost any kind of footwear, they look good with fitted and with loose tops and you can wear them even in a wild, busy print without being swallowed by the design. And best of all, you can decide freely if you wear them or not. Princess Marie looks very good in them, and so do I,if I may say so.
ReplyDeleteI think Marie looks great, although I’m not quite sold on the black boots. Dark brown might have been better.
ReplyDeleteBlack boots don't fit with thouse trousers.
