On April 25, 2019, Queen Mathilde presented Baillet Latour Health Prize 2019 at an event held at Brussels Academy Palace. This year, the prize is dedicated to researches on cardiovascular diseases. That prestigious prize is awarded to a scientist for his or her contributions to medical researches in Belgium. In addition, the Baillet Latour Fund annually awards a grant on the same theme to a young group leader for a research project at a Belgian university or at a University Hospital. |
