On April 10, 2019, Swedish Crown Princess Victoria met with The World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus at Stockholm Royal Palace. Dr Tedros Adhanom was elected as the World Health Organization Director-General for a five-year term by WHO Member States at the 70th World Health Assembly in May 2017. Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus was Ethiopia’s Minister of Health between 2005 and 2012. He led a comprehensive reform of the country’s health system. (Crown Princess Victoria wore a printed silk dress by Sandro.) |
Eigentlich ein schönes Kleid, aber es steht Victoria nicht sonderlich gut. Auch diese, in meinen Augen, hässliche Valentino-Tasche sollte sie endlich im Schrank lassen.
ReplyDeleteThis dress is an absolute no. It doesn't fit and the design doesn't suit a female body.
ReplyDelete*feminine
DeleteThe correction is worse than the original. What a heinous misogynistic comment.
DeleteIf this had been knee-length, I`d like it a lot better. (I know I sound like a broken record.)
ReplyDeleteThis print is lovely, and the material seems nice, but it is a very busy pattern, and for that reason I find it a bit much for a long dress, with long sleeves and high neck to boot. For that reason (and for silhouette reasons), a shorter length had been better, but better still had been this design as a blouse combined with a simple dark blue knee-length skirt (pencil or A-line).
I think the slightly slimmer belt she chose this time is better. Don´t like her bag, but love her earrings. Hair - old story.
I disagree with the others. I think this dress is very beautiful (and I love silk). Victoria looks pretty and feminine. The only thing I don't like is the handbag.
ReplyDeleteNice dress the print a little busy, but Victoria looks good.
ReplyDeleteIsn't the belt too high? I would also prefer knee-length.
ReplyDeleteOh …Sandro dress …again
ReplyDelete2 unbecoming Sandro dresses in one day - my eyes hurt.
ReplyDeleteThis is a forgettable dress, this type of print can be overwhelming with The closeup neckline and long sleeves, and it makes her look rather matronly. The too wide belt, and very severe hair doesn't help.
ReplyDeleteVictoria is 41 but her choice of dresses and hairdo make her look so much older. She may have a nice smile and do a lot of good work, but fashion wise, she's a disaster.
ReplyDeleteTrue and it is probably not the fault of the stylist.
DeleteI hope she didn't pay $745.00 for this ugly dress!!
ReplyDeleteDesigners should realize that busy pattern = simple cut!
I love your second sentence. That should be made a law, it really is styling-101.
DeleteShe is no fashionhorse and never will be. Otherwise her commitment is impeccable.
ReplyDeleteShe looks fantastic :-) I like her hairstyle and I like the dress.
ReplyDeleteI just don't like the belt, I think, it doesn't fit this dress properly, another kind of belt would be much better.
