Just stunning - two outfits that fit beautifully, beautifully colored, and are so creative! I like the red suit because of the pleated skirt's gentle shaping, straight down, and the repeat of the ruffled pleats on the collar and cuffs. Her hat cleverly repeats the theme. At first I wondered how the bright blue top would coordinate with the stark shades of the skirt but I see the designer joined them with parts of the print on both. Now this length looks fine and there is enough ease to sit modestly. On many of her skirts the fabric is so stiff that that isn't possible. And the A-line of those skirts is not so attractive as these pencil-type shapes. Great looks!

ReplyDeleteHeel mooi met dit rode pakje. De 2 kleurige jurk zou ik niet kopen maar Mathilde is er goed mee.
ReplyDeleteQueen Mathilde looks stunning. I love how the skirt drapes gently down and the hat is swept up with her hair to give a very soft look. Red is definitely one of her best colors.
ReplyDeleteHer more formal blue outfit is a different look but it blends in nicely with the skirt and the subtle design on the jacket give it a bit of a whimsical look.
Lovely outfits.
ReplyDeleteI like both outfits, good choices.
ReplyDeletePerfect fit, fantastic.
ReplyDeleteImpresionante Matilde coincido con "KH" en ambas intervenciones
ReplyDeleteLady in red. Very lovely dress and jacket . Dress #2 is fantastic a bit Asia inspired.I must say a perfect creation. Also nice to see Mr and Mrs. Banki Moon there. The Korean First Lady looks perfect too, so do the men I don't want to forget them.

ReplyDeletePlease Maxima, go to Mathilde, and get a few tips, and advice on hair styles. After all, you 2 are also close friends
Learned here, that Mathilde is not over 60. In red I will and can believe this, but not in the blue outfit. What a waste!
