Crown Princess Mary of Denmark is visiting Houston and Austin in the state of Texas on March 10-13, 2019. In the evening of the second day of her visit, Crown Princess Mary attended a Gala Dinner organized by the Consul General in Houston. The dinner took place at Houston Museum of Fine Arts. The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, is among the 10 largest art museums in the United States, with an encyclopedic collection of more than 65,000 works of art. (At the dinner, the Crown Princess wore a dress from Jesper Høvring Fall/Winter 2016-2017 collection.) |
Simply stunning! Beautiful dress which fits Mary so well, and she wears it so well.
ReplyDeleteWonderful!
ReplyDeletevery ugly dress
ReplyDeleteYou are so right! The dress is very ugly and Mary looks so tired!!!
DeleteAgree with you. Ugly dress, bad hair and tired princess.
DeleteHat Mary dieses Abendkleid nicht schon einmal getragen?
ReplyDeleteBin mir nicht ganz sicher, ob ich es schön finde oder nicht....auf manchen Fotos hat das Kleid keinen guten Sitz.
Absolutely lovely!
ReplyDeleteShe has worn it before or are my eyes cheating me? I remember a dress with cut-outs and I thought Mary wore it.
ReplyDeleteI like the colour on her, and the dress is nice in it's simplicity. Love the flowing train. But I do not like the cut-outs and the cut itself looks a bit ill-fitting to me.
Beautiful dress. It's perfect for her body.
ReplyDeleteOutstanding colour but the cutouts ruin it
ReplyDeleteIndeed.
DeleteI agree. Nice line, lovely colour but the cutouts make it look strange.
DeleteDas Kleid sitzt wirklich nicht toll. Aber die Farbe steht ihr gut. Diese Frau hat aber auch in einem schrecklichen Kleid eine faszinierende Ausstrahlung.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful dress except for the colour. Blue rarely suits warm-coloured brunettes.
ReplyDeleteShe's gorgeous!! I'm sure she charmed the good people of Texas!!
ReplyDeleteOnly one thing,CPss Mary looks stunning.
ReplyDeleteShe does not look good here. The dress is ill fitting and the fabric looks cheap. I agree also that she looks tired.
ReplyDeleteI don’t like to post negative but there’s nothing I like about this appearance - the fabric, cutouts, train just have an artificial flair to me. She is usually so much better. IMO
ReplyDeleteYes. I've seen it on her before but I can't remember the occasion.
ReplyDeleteThe dress is really ugly. Ill fitting too. The shiny fabric looks cheap.
ReplyDeleteeste vestido no favorece el cuerpo de MARÍA,lo luce; no es bonito
ReplyDeleteWell, detractors, if you check the last three photos closely, you will see they are not cut-outs at her shoulders. There is fabric. The blue on her bodice reaches higher than the one shown on the model. I love the blue and think it is a super color for her. Rear photos, though, show too much roominess on her backside - or maybe she is just thin there.
ReplyDeleteYes K H, I know and I saw these cut-outs are in fact made of thin transparent fabric. We just called them cut-outs, because they looked like that.
DeleteI do not see myself and others who commented about them, as 'detractors'. I do not think we are detractors and I would appreciate it if you would not call me and others that. It's fine to share your thoughts with someone, but let's stay kind, shall we.
Thanks.
Total no from me - don't like the style of the dress, that colour on her or how it clings around her thighs and not loving the hair at all.
ReplyDeleteRealmente le queda mal ajustado. No le va a su cuerpo y es un desastre total
ReplyDeleteAgree with all those who called this unflattering. Maybe since it's Texas U.S.A. she thought she didn't need to bring her A-game ... that dress from the back, not flattering
ReplyDeleteCut, colour and fabric a big no, she looks washed out.
