The Duke and Duchess of Sussex visited the King's residence in Rabat on the third and final day of their royal tour in Morocco. In the evening of February 25, 2019, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex met with King Mohammed VI of Morocco and his son Crown Prince Moulay Hassan at Dar al-Makhzen Palace in Rabat. (The Duchess of Sussex wore a new floral printed silk chiffon gown by Carolina Herrera.) |
Lovely again.
ReplyDeleteQuite like this though it's not a patch on the elegance of last night's gown or the stunning red dress she wore on arrival. It's very stately. I think I would like it better without the pattern but then it's good to see Meghan move away from the bland dark outfits she was wearing a few months ago. Like the clutch and her hair has been immaculate on every appearance on this tour. An overall success in my book and what great outfits on the whole tour.
ReplyDeleteHer gown choices have been very appropriate, and blend in very nicely with the other women at each engagement. I think she has done a great job of honoring her host country.
ReplyDeleteExactly. She incorporated local cultures and styles in a brilliant way. I thought she was well dressed all throughout and frankly, she looked very put together and might I just add, rather royal.
DeleteAgree with you both. She looks beautiful here, love the dress, cut and colour of it. Especially with her skintone!
DeleteBut I still prefer her hair less straight.
She hit it out of the ballpark with ALL outfits on this trip~
DeleteTotal miss in my opinion, hers looks like a night gown. His blue shoes are hilarious. They both need a fashion advisor!
ReplyDeleteOh no!! The dress fits perfectly for the event and required dress code. Harry looks perfect.
DeleteYes, I also thought nightgown with this. I lived on Maui for awhile and it also reminds me of the mumus many women wore there. Not a style I liked then or now.
DeleteI will take the blue shoes over the gentleman's striped suit.
ReplyDeleteHa Ha Ha!
DeleteI don't know what he was thinking when he put those stripes out there! lol But I was a bit surprised at what Meghan chose to wear for that meeting. I love Blue- Lounge wear is what came to mind when I first saw it. I previously said ALL Outfits were on point - but I have to recount~
DeleteThis gown is meant for a slimmer person;not maternity style. My cousin Fifi worn this in the carribbean;and she is 21.
ReplyDeleteAre you insisting that 21 year old and 37 year old should use different kind of clothes because of the age difference. Well, no. Of course the dress looks different on somebody heavily pregnant, but it could still be fine. I like this dress on Meghan, don't know on Fifi because I did not have chance to see it;)
DeleteIn the only photo where her shoe is visible (third from top) you can see her shoe is a neutral beige
ReplyDeletePrevious postings referred to Prince Harry's shoes (being blue suede), not her shoes.
DeleteIn right size and with the neck of the dress not so high maybe it would have been nice outfit...for Morocco .
ReplyDeleteWhen it comes to her hairdo I prefer her hair a bit "messy"bun or her hair down.
Now you're talking. The duchess finally noticed her pregnancy and is wearing clothes according to her state. She looks so much better in these wider dresses.
ReplyDeleteI like that is not black nor white,it reminds me the dress she wore at a wedding last summer. I think the blue gown she wore on Australia/New Zealand tour would better.
ReplyDeleteMais ou est la femme du roi du Maroc ?
ReplyDeleteThey are separated if not divorced - for about a year now.
DeleteDivorced depuis 2 ans.
DeleteLovely dress and look.Harry's blue suede shoes I would say no. He is not Elvis.
ReplyDeleteReally? I love them! Lots of men wear suede shoes, I think they look sophisticated. Very nice and chic.
DeleteThey are such an attractive and beautiful couple although Harry is not Elvis :)
ReplyDeleteActually, I was going to ask about the mens suede shoes a couple of weeks ago. Both Harry and William wear them; they seem to have an exclusivity to them, not mass market. Though what detail in the photos is suggesting that; don't know.
ReplyDeleteLos tres vestidos impecables,el azul es muy usado por los árabes
ReplyDeleteonce again meghan looks amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI do not care for the style, fit, or colors of her dress.
