Queen Maxima of the Netherlands arrived in Amman on Sunday for a working visit to Jordan. Queen Maxima is visiting Jordan in her capacity as the UN Secretary-General's Special Advocate for Inclusive Finance for Development. On the first day of her visit, The Queen checked on a number of projects targeting Syrian women and refugees. Afterwards, Queen Máxima attended a meeting on inclusive finance with international development partners, including the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the World Bank Group (WB) and the World Food Programme (WFP). |
Come on lady, you’re the QUEEN do something with that hair!
ReplyDeleteShe's never done anything about it when she was a Princess 😁
DeleteMARIE
She is there NOT as a Queen but as a UN special advocate for Micro finance so she is there on here personal name !!
DeleteAstrid, this is about Fashion here. So nobody cares... Say something nice about the Queen's look.
DeleteI have no opinion about her hair. But please consider: A queen does not ever get to stop being a queen. That's what makes the job so demanding. She is most certainly traveling to Jordan as the Queen of the Netherlands, as she always does. By virtue of her marriage, her personal name is inescapably linked to a royal title.
DeleteYou never get a second chance to make a first impression. Her hair is appalling, it ruins the nice outfit she is wearing. She should employ a good hairdresser to accompany her wherever she goes. And a pair of scissors would also help.
DeleteI like how she reflects the fashion and style of the country with the scarf. Nice idea!
ReplyDeleteFrom what can be seen, it looks like a superbly beautiful outfit, in an elegantly subdued but no less lovely color. I'd like to see a full-length photo.
ReplyDeleteI agree! The Queen is dressed on point. I also like her new hair style; she can’t help being born with thin hair.
DeleteShe spoils it all with her mop.
DeleteWell, even if you are a Queen, you are allowed to have shortcomings.
ReplyDeleteThe toffee colored sweater and jacket are quite pretty, especially together. I do not care for the pattern or style of the trousers. While Maxima has thin hair, that is not an excuse for such an untidy, unhealthy look. The right cut, proper conditioning and styling is truly needed.
ReplyDeleteOn point!
DeleteAgree
DeleteVery busy Lady. Today Jordan tomorrow somewhere else. When does she has time for her Family.Well Winter fun is coming up in Austria, hope she can relax and enjoy the snow and her Family.Do like her coat. Her earring are very nice not overly large. Her hair needs a little help so does mine today.
ReplyDeleteMaybe she should borrow Letizia's hair stylist. Her hair needs so much help!
ReplyDeleteRoyalty fan
DeleteOr maybe Mathilde's hair stylist! Or what about Meghan's, gone are the messy bun, for now, and her hair is nicely styled,in a neat bun
Maxima has kept her outfit simple in tone and not overdone with excess jewelry. This always works in her favor. Great look.
ReplyDeleteShe could use temporary clip in extentions that would not damage her hair further, but still give her a more full and healthy looking head of hair. For this outing and the past several, I am surprised she does not have someone with her to run a comb or brush through her hair before sitting down to meet with people in front of the cameras.
The tunic and sweater work well with her complexion. The pant legs need to be a bit narrower. The hair either needs to be cut in a bob or extensions can be added for a fuller look.
DeleteCompletely agree with you, chardonn8er.
DeleteI think she wants some untidy look. But it gets wrong. I doubt that she is fixing it her self but it seems unprobably that a hairdresser would agree to make it like this.
ReplyDeleteAls ik dat hierboven zo lees ben ik dus niet de enige.
ReplyDeleteDeze vrouw heeft hulp nodig, van een psychiater!
She is beautiful and natural! ♥️
ReplyDeleteMaxima's hair is NOT at its worst today in my view! I think she likes above all "changing hair styles" and this trendy easy going style. A queen can also appear in a relax style in my view. She does not need to look as formal as Queen Elisabeth. So I disagree with Millie's comment.
ReplyDeleteHer hair always in mess !!! xo xo xo xo xo !!!
