On January 02, 2019, Emeritus Queen Sofia of Spain and Princess Irene of Greece and Denmark attended the Solidarity Concert of the Recycled Orchestra of Cateura (Orquesta de Instrumentos Reciclados de Cateura) at Royal Theatre (Teatro Real) in Madrid. The Recycled Orchestra of Cateura, also known as the Recycled Orchestra, is an orchestra composed of children from Asunción, Paraguay who play musical instruments made from scrap materials collected from Asunción's Cateura landfill. |
Voor beide dames geldt: zeldzame klasse!
ReplyDeleteI am asking myself, what on earth is Queen Sofia wearing on her legs?????
DeleteThis dark shade of blue and shimmer look elegant and classy on the former Queen of Spain, beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHow nice to see the two sisters and the Grandson at a concert.
ReplyDeleteGrandson?
DeleteJuan Urdangarin, Infanta Cristina's eldest son is on the photo also.
DeleteIs the tall young man in the back a nephew?
ReplyDeleteHe looks very much like a young Felipe.
Juan Urdangarin
DeleteIt's Juan Urdangarin, the eldest son of Queen Sofia's daughter Cristina.
DeleteQueen Sophia, is accompanied, by her grandson, Juan Urdangarin, the first child of her daughter Cristina and her husband. It is a great gesture of hers, giving that that family has been ostracized by Spanish Regals, given that the father of this teenager, Iñaki Urdangarin is in jail.
ReplyDeleteThe tall young man in the background is Juan, son of Infanta Cristina, he is the grandson of Queen Sofía.
ReplyDeleteOh wow, apologies but only see hate in Juan's eyes, be careful Felipe.
DeleteAbout fashion is the Queen wearing a beach tote bag? Looks totally out of place, she looks lovely otherwise, but the sister cloths and makeup leave much to say
Her grandson may not enjoy the attention of the press that Sofia does. As for the comment regarding Felipe, the young man should only be upset with his father and his poor decisions, not Felipe. Sofia does look nice, and I agree about her bag. It looks odd with her outfit.
DeleteTotally agree, chardon8r, spot on. And his mother also...She did not know what her husband was doing? Nobody in Spain, believes it.
DeleteOh cmon how you people can say "I see hate in his eyes" or "Felipe be careful" ? Where you guys see all this hate in his eyes?? I think is despecable to say something like this; besides that his father is what it is and his mother an Infanta of Spain was well aware of what was happening, dontd you think this kids had suffered enough? I don't think is easy at all for him abd his brothers especially now

ReplyDeleteExcuse me, Although this is not the purpose of this site I must tell you, that Juan is a lovely boy, who has been volunteering in Camdboja and fathering his brother in a Championship. His look is the result, of carrying on his shoulders a burden who has been given to him, without asking for.As his family has been ostracized for his father Iñaki being in jail. Our king Felipe musn't be afraid of him. What a non sense!!
ReplyDeleteI think that who said that does not know the situation at all. Those children must have suffered what their parents did.
DeleteTotally agree!!well said
DeleteDiscrepo con "odio": Juan es muy timido, se parece mucho a Felipe fisica y en temperamento, y no está acostumbrado a los flashes, estudia en Londres donde es uno más
ReplyDeleteQ Sofia is in her element. She looks great and festive. Pss Irene never smiles sadly.Young Juan Urdangarin looks a bit uncomfortable.
ReplyDeleteJuan Urdangarin no se parece EN NADA a Felipe....Absolutamente en nada
