On January 24, 2019, Princess Caroline became the honorary guest at the launch of Mawoma which is the first worldwide itinerant competition for women orchestra conductors at Le Grand Hotel in Paris. Mawoma is an itinerant festival which is held for young women who are destined to become orchestral conductors. During this international journey, the festival aims to seek out talented female conductors in every continent and encourage them, and afterwards present them in Monaco. All the proceeds of this festival will be donated to the World Association of Children's Friends.

  1. A beautiful, elegant dress for a natural beautiful woman. Still, a bit fresh colour (scarf, lipstick) or something like that would have been nice. 62 years, happy belated Birthday, Princess Caroline!

  2. I am having trouble liking this dress, at first glance it looks sober and elegant, but after looking at the pictures, I just don't like the way it fits, and the idea of the gathering with a brooch it's not a bad one, but it looks bunched up and strange, it seems like a robe that has been embellished. The hair looks in need of a good styling trim.
That being said, this woman would look good with a paper bag, she had isuch an innate elegance that is hard to describe.

  3. Lovely appearance - I like the style of the dress with the interesting twist detail. The jewellery is very nice. The dark colour does wash her out a bit so I think bolder brighter lipstick would have just lifted the look.

  4. This dress was likely designed to have a very low plunge in the front, or a very lose overlap revealing quite a bit of decolletage. She clearly pinned it closed to make it more modest, and while I can get behind the idea and like the brooch she´s chosen for the job, it is easy to see that the dress now doesn´t sit the way it was intended. I think she would have been better off wearing a singlet or simple top underneath for modesty but wear the dress the way it was designed.
Still, Caroline looks good here. She has the slim figure needed for this kind of skirt, and she manages to make the grey colour work. A bit of colour somewhere wouldn´t have hurt though.

  5. Un vestido complicado y tristón que le sienta fatal a la casi siempre elegante Caroline. Su pelo tampoco está bien, al igual que la señora del encaje negro con un terrible escote. La única que se ve bien es la de la chaqueta roja.
