On December 19, 2018, Queen Maxima of The Netherlands attended the Christmas Gala Concert for the Biggest Schoolband at Brabanthallen 's-Hertogenbosch in Den Bosch, The Netherlands. Lang Leve de Muziek Show is a national music contest for primary schools. (Queen Maxima wore a black and white jumpsuit by Natan) |
Well, a fun and playful outfit to wear to a disco or to a dance club for sure, so it is appropriate from that point of view. The style fits the mood and Maxima can pull anything off with fun, and she does so once again.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite Queen always Happy
ReplyDeleteNo, no noooooo!!
ReplyDeleteIch weiß nicht, aber irgendwie gefällt mir Maximas Outfit nicht wirklich gut.
ReplyDeleteLOve her outfit !!!
ReplyDeleteAmazing hair.
ReplyDeleteI realize Máxima is always over-the-top; but those matchy bow shoes are ridiculous.
ReplyDeleteShe is one of the few who can wear this with fun and her very own class! Other ladies would look ridicoulous indeed. Twin look for her and the Queen of Belgium...Are they best friends?
DeleteThey are called to be friends. I has happened previously that they wear the same clothing, they both buy a lot from Natan.
DeleteI do not like the outfit though, it's a bit big and too much for me.
my humble opinion, very odd choice, and makes her look 'dumpy', as it makes he middle look wider than it is.
ReplyDeleteI stand by my previous comment.
ReplyDeleteI wish Natan would go bankrupt so they couldn't design those awful clothes anymore.
😁😁
DeleteDe acuerdo, ja,ja, ja
DeleteI am laughing just as much as the last time as you said it. Maybe his vision is impaired?
DeleteMathilde also wears Natan (since it is a Belgian designer), but in a more stylish way.
DeleteIt is not Natan's fault.
The top is nice but the rest is no no and no.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Love her outfit! Similar to the one Mathilde wore highlited above.
ReplyDeleteStop using Natan, please!!!
ReplyDeleteLovely hairstyle.

Not the most flatering choice for Maxima. I understand the good intentions of goimg edgie and fun for this kind of events but the trousers just don t look good. Matilde s choice, although safer and maybe boring ends up in this case looking beter. That is the problem with Maxima going always over the top... she just takes the risk and then falls down the top.Auch.
ReplyDeleteNot the first time Qn Mathilde & Maxima are dressed similarly.I pefer the belt chosen by Mathilde.
ReplyDeleteMaxima is the copycat, since Natan is a Belgian designer, based in Brussels long term supplier to the Belgian Royal House.
ReplyDeleteThis jumpsuit looks terrible on Maxima, partly due to her own styling. She looks so much better in closer fitting garments. The crossover top is not bad, but the bottom half makes her look so much bigger than she is. This was designed for a tiny waisted person, like the model, due to the pleats. If there hadn't been pleats, but it had been a flat front, it would have looked infinitely better. The huge bow at the waist only adds to her middle, when she should be drawing the attention to her beautiful face. The shoes are too much, too detailed, and so Maxima. Simple pumps would have been best here.
ReplyDeleteEduard Vermeulen, the designer of Natan was interviewed in a Belgian newspaper about the outfits of Mathilde and Maxima. He said that both are wearing the same blouse only. Matilde is wearing Armani pants. Maxima is wearing Natan pants. Mathilde asked the designer's advice on this outfit, Maxima did not.
