Netherlands Government Information Service (RVD) made an announcement regarding the health status of Queen Maxima and stated that all official duties of the Queen have been cancelled. According to a spokesman of RVD, it is not yet known that how bad the possible infection is and that how long the Queen should rest. |
According to the statement of RDV's spokesman, despite her severe health problem and the recommendation of her doctor, the Queen did not cancel her visit to 113 Suicide Prevention Help Center on Friday. She visited the 113 Call Center on the occasion of 10th anniversary of '113 Suicide Prevention' and met with volunteers and personnel. |
In the announcement of RVD, it is said that "Queen Máxima will not perform any official duties for the coming period on the advice of her doctor. Her health symptoms point to an intestinal infection. Further tests will be done to confirm this diagnosis. As a result, Queen Máxima will not be able to make the trip to Tanzania which she was due to make on 6 and 7 November in her role as the United Nations Secretary-General’s Special Advocate for Inclusive Finance for Development". |
Hope it is an easy treated infection . Get well soon queen .

ReplyDeleteI really hope Q Maxima will recover very soon and fast. This is not easy for such an active Lady. I hope the meds will do the trick. I wish her a speedy recovery.
ReplyDeleteGet well her majesty.
ReplyDeleteI think that Maxima had a similar problem some time ago during an official visit to China, didn't she? I hope she will recover soon.
ReplyDeleteDuring the China trip she had a kidney infection. I think she hasn't looked that well in awhile. She has looked really tired for the last couple months.
DeleteWhat a brave lady to go to the meeting for Suicide support. She wouldn't cancel it cause it is so near to her heart since she lost her sister recently..
