On November 15, 2018, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited the BBC's London headquarters to view the work being done to prevent cyberbullying. The national campaign is supported by some of the UK's largest technology companies and media outlets, including the BBC. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge met youths who wrote and performed a new video for Stop, Speak, Support, a campaign being introduced in schools providing guidance for children on what to do when they see bullying online. Schick! Das Kleid könnte aber vielleicht ein paar Zentimeter länger sein.
ReplyDeleteAuf keinen Fall , Catherine hat schöne und wohlgeformte Beine! !
Deleteall her dresses are rather similar right now, and nice.
ReplyDeleteI have always thought that the top of this dress looks a bit unfinished. What does it need? Buttons? Jewellery? Something...
ReplyDeleteJewelry! I pretty much always feel the BRF ladies don’t wear enough jewelry to accent and accessorize their outfits. I think it has more to do with the “austerity trend” than anything else. They don’t even indulge in costume jewelry because they don’t want to appear too ostentatious or pretentious which is a shame. A lot of the time the DoC, the DoS, etc. look unfinished because they *can’t* even put on a nice, sizable, set of earrings – not even business size gold hoops apparently – or a bangle or two, etc. just to finish off their outfits. I try to reframe from making comparisons to Diana because a) it’s unfair, and b) it was a different time but, I LOVED the way she would mix and match the “real stuff” with costume jewelry if it made the outfit. Just a bit of interest, you know? But these days there’s so much scrutiny, and every piece must have its provenance reported etc., that they don’t dare spice things up bit. Sad; especially for us magpies. Kate needs a necklace here, or broach, or even colorful scarf! But nope. Its a "working engagement" so simple earrings, Diana's engagement ring, and sometimes her cartier watch. That's it!
DeleteSimple is best in my opinion - people sometimes look like a Christmas tree, especially on those gala events with all the sashes and orders etc
DeleteBeautiful colour, typical Catherine style - she's found what works for her. She looks good.
ReplyDeleteAgree with you. I would love to have that dress myself.
DeleteHeel mooi kleed, hangt ook op een mooi smal figuur. Een juweeltje mag wel.
DeleteEvery time I see this dress I think that's rather weird how much the waist has been raised. I know that it is supposed to make your legs look longer, but this one is just a step too much. Anyway, I am really glad is is re-wearing some of the pieces in her very (very!) extensive wardrobe. She is setting a good example. We should all follow suit and buy less and re-wear more. Especially with Christmas (and the sometimes silly shopping we engage in) coming upon us. Less buy less and send money to those in need. or just simply save the money for another day.
ReplyDeleteBack to Kate, I appreciate that she feels good when very slim (or so I read), but at least at the moment she looks rather gaunt. Maybe because she is tired - she must be with Charles' celebration gala, visits, 3 kids (even with help - that's a lot). She just doesn't look her usual radiant self. Hope she'll take a brief brake.
Catherine is lovely in most any outfit she wears. She is careful, and works within a budget (paid for by Charles) to rewear clothing, or update it with small adjustments. I like the way she does not go over the top wearing jewelry, instead she chooses to let the focus be on whatever engagement/meeting she is attending and not bring the focus on her. She has always been a slim, tall woman, her weight should not be an issue with the general public, she is cognizant of what fits her, and she takes care to get the proper nutrition and exercise that will keep her healthy.
DeleteAnonymous 16 12:00, I think the waist is in the right position. It is a perfect dress for Catherine, she looks very good.
DeleteAgree with you Coralie. DOC looks stunning. Beautiful legs
DeleteGreat hair and very pretty dress, always classic and appropriate.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty dress. Catherine is beautiful as always, but she seems tired...
ReplyDeleteIt’s the dark blush and dark eyeshadow. Don’t know why her makeup needs to be so heavy instead of fresh and youthful. Catherine is beautiful and doesn’t need so much makeup.
DeleteVery beautiful, great colours!
ReplyDeleteEine Augenweide , einfach bezaubernd !!
ReplyDeleteGrt colour, lovely !
ReplyDeleteI love the dress, the coulour, the look. It sells itself as it is. Frankly, it is an informal working engagement, with the prince not even wearing a tie.
ReplyDeleteI fully agree with Rapunzel. Catherine belongs to the younger generation for whom wearing jewelry does not mean the same as xx years ago. Just like Meghan she is selective in wearing jewelry and prefers a sober style for an informal event when the prince is not even wearing a tie. This dress fits perfectly for her.
DeleteEsta hermosa, me encanta el vestido
ReplyDeleteCatherine and William look good again today.
