Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall visit Maiden Yacht

On September 5, 2018, Prince Charles, Prince of Wales and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall visited the newly refurbished Maiden Yacht, famously used by the first all-female crew to sail in the Whitbread Round the World Race. Also in attendance was Princess Haya of Jordan, who helped finance the refurbishment. Princess Haya has aided the refurbishment of the iconic yacht, which will fundraise for the Maiden Factor Foundation to promote the education of girls around the world. In a new project the princess is supporting a three year tour around the world.

    Camilla's dress is nice and suitable to her……… but another colour of the shoes would have match better, red e.g. (they looks light brown at my iPad)!

    She is aging so beautifully and looks stunning. I would love to wear that dress myself. Those pearls are little too much, but who cares.

      I agree with you and Blondiini, I would have chosen the nice shoes in another colour though. Princess Haya is very well dressed too.

    Camilla is altijd mooi gekleed, alleen haar kapsel zou 10cm korter mogen. Eindelijk eens platte schoenen, die hoge hakken zijn toch altijd niet nodig, t doet zo n pijn.

    Great comments! The color blocking does wonders for her. Her usual dresses don't give her a waist. This is a great solution to that problem. She even looks slimmer. One thing I think would help is a better bra. The girls are too low, adding to the lack of definition in her waist. The shoes are all wrong with this. And I agree with Blondiini about the pearls...just too much.
