On the fourth and last day of their state visit to Faroe Islands, Crown Prince Frederik, Crown Princess Mary, Prince Christian, Princess Isabella, Princess Josephine and Prince Vincent visited Sandavági. The Danish Crown Prince family attended a church service at Sandavágs kirkja in Sandavági. The Crown Prince family attended a lunch hosted by bishop Jógvan Fríðriksson at the old warehouse in the village Bøur, and they officially depart the Faroe Islands afterwards. |
What a lovely trip, they really got into it with the regional costumes and they all seemed to have a good time. Well done!
ReplyDeleteLovely and heart-warming pictures of a beautiful family.
ReplyDeleteEspecially last photo is wonderful and charming-handsome prince and beautiful princess.Regional costumes coordinated perfectly.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure the boys at least must have been glad to toss the stockings or leggings or whatever they were.
ReplyDeleteWhy? They didn't seem bothered. Perhaps they don't have the same issues or cultural insensitivity you appear to suffer from when it comes to traditional dress.
