Today, there were two Audiences at Zarzuela Palace. Queen Letizia of Spain firstly received members of Spanish National U-17 women's soccer team. Spanish National U-17 women's soccer team won the European title of their category. The Queen then received representatives of APRAMP (Association for the Prevention, Reintegration and Care of Prostituted Women). APRAMP focuses on prevention and annihilation of sexual abuse and human trafficking. |
Appreciate that Queen Letizia wore a simple, classic outfit while receiving APRAMP, a worthy and important organization to combat the abhorrent practice of human trafficking.
ReplyDeleteQueen Letizia of Spain looks fabulous.
ReplyDeleteToday Letizia is very youthful, just right for this event with the soccer team. The second event is way more serious. Black and white always a good combination.
ReplyDeleteI think it's navy..
DeleteWhat a lovely outfit. Her hair looks fabulous at the moment.
ReplyDeleteSorry. Difficult to accept that the cropped trousers look smart ever! She'd be better in jeans!
ReplyDeleteThe second group of ladies, another worthy cause. She is definitely a 10.
ReplyDeleteCulottes no no no
ReplyDeleteNo son culottes, son pantalones pirata o cropped trousers en ingles...son diferentes..
Delete"Hugo Boss wide leg pants" is the official description from the designer. So, no they are not culottes, but are totally appropriate for this summer occasion in Spain, of receiving guests at the Palace of Zarzuela, in my opinion.
ReplyDeleteAgree with Anon July 6. Also, culottes are defined as knee-length trousers. Letizia's are most definitely not knee-length. She does look beautiful.
DeleteI love her pants. The buttons on the side are sheer genius. A simple idea, yet one not seen before, at least not in pants.
