ReplyDeleteGD Maria Teresa looks fantastic, that suit the color and everything with it great. She always has a smile. I don't know about the headband on Stephany not great, the rest of her is OK. Alexandra don't know what to say.

ReplyDeleteThe others don't look so good. I don't know what that thing is on Stephanie's head but it needs to go away immediately. She looks like she has a head wound. The jacket is not attractive either. It doesn't flatter her figure. Princess Alexandra is dressed like someone twenty years older than she is. The hat is not appropriate--it looks more suitable for a day at the beach. But there is María Teresa like a feast for the eyes. Beautiful dress and hat and a lovely smile.

ReplyDeleteOMG Stephanie looks...I'm not gonna say what she looks like. But I just don't understand how she could wear that handband or the rest of her outfit. Doesn't she have any taste? She really needs a good stylist. Especially because her mother in law is always so stylish...she could learn from Maria Teresa.
ReplyDeleteTwo women are wearing headpieces, one looks terrific and one looks terrible. This shows fashion is not that easy. It is not enough to order something online and plant it on your head. You got to know what you are doing.
ReplyDeleteI just don't understand this family. With the exception of MT, they all look so unstylish and frumpy. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Luxembourg is one of the richest royal families. So they have more than enough money to hire a proper stylist. They don't have to be a clothes horse, but at least put a bit more effort into looking good for the country that you're representing.

Die Großherzogin hat ein perfektes Kleid für ihre Figur und den Anlass gewählt. Die Knielänge ist für sie ideal. Cremegold und Perlen, eine perfekte Maniküre sowie Frisur und Pillbox und eine Statement-Sonnenbrille. Das ist Eleganz und kein bisschen altbacken. Maria-Teresa scheint in einen Jungbrunnen gefallen zu sein.
ReplyDeleteI'm wondering whether Stephanie's head gear should have been worn arched higher on her head, like a hair band, with the rosette closer to her ear or even behind it, rather than around her head like a bandage as she has worn it. Or maybe it slipped down to the position we see it? Sadly, it almost looks comical.

ReplyDeleteI agree that I would prefer the head gear of Stephany higher on her heads but I like this originality. Although it suits her quite well I don't like the outfit of Maria-Teresa, which looks old-fashioned to me. Well not so easy to make the right choice everyday.

ReplyDeleteBefore any fashion, I want to comment on the love between the Grand Duke and the Emeritus; the photographer captures it well. The son dotes on the father. 97 years old! God bless him. I like the turban on the Grand Duchess. I think the headpiece on Stephanie is fine, I think her hair that is piled or coiled in the back shouldn't be visible from the top, it should be hidden more.
