Today I don't know I am not a fan of this suit, the color is nice but to much red and a little tight the slacks that is.
ReplyDeleteNice spring suit. Love the longer form of the blazer and the anklelenght trousers. Together with the clean blouse/top and the black shoes and bag it is a nice businesslike outfit. But what is this around the lady in blue neck? Feathers make from newspaper bits? Anyway, it is nice - and strange - but nice.
ReplyDeleteThrowing out this question to the board: Does anyone know or have insight into why Victoria constantly scrapes back her hair like this? I appreciate that she might not want to be distracted by her hair on appointments but aren't there options between messy fussy hair that falls in eyes and this severe style?
ReplyDeleteProbably it's very simple: she likes it that way?
DeleteYes, I guess she must like it. But every time? And constant pulling does get hard on the scalp.
DeleteTotal supposition on my behalf, but I think Crown Princess Victoria likes the length, in that she can wear elaborate styles for formal functions, but for day to day wear I imagine she styles her hair herself. I would imagine the Crown Princess is very practical and only employs a hairdresser on special occasions.
DeleteShe maybe is a nice person... but She's certainly not open minded about her hair! always the same ugly bun... it doesn't look good with her facial features. Doesn't she has a mirror in Haga palace?
ReplyDeleteMaybe she thinks it looks fine. I think it looks fine if severe and I prefer her with softer styling. I just think her scalp.must be really sore with it pulled back so tightly.
DeleteI may be in the minority here in thinking that this hair style actually suits her and her Brazilian colours well. This way she doesn't have to fiddle with her hair all the time as some other royal ladies do. Also, keeping long hair (or a shorter hair or softer hairdo, for that matter) cleanly in place otherwise would require unhealthy amounts of hairspray or other chemicals. Also, she has quite a strong face, which, to my taste, looks a bit odd among more feminine curls.
ReplyDeletePlease Vicky... let your beautiful hair down...
ReplyDeleteNo, not another terribly bland style of suit - even if the colour is bright. Agree the pants seem too tight.
ReplyDeleteThe hair? She must have sensory issues that make her want to drag her hair back like that as it is really really unflattering.I can't believe that hasn't been pointed out to her.
To me the pants are ok!!! It is certainly among the different pants styles in fashion, let's keep her up to date when she is so.
