On her Instagram and Facebook page, Swedish Princess Madeleine shared new photos with a message. In the message, the Princess said: "Thank you for all the kindness that has been shown to us on the birth of our youngest daughter Adrienne!" (Photo Erika Gerdemark, Royal Court). Princess Adrienne was born on 9 March 2018 at Danderyd Hospital. Princess Adrienne’s christening will take place in the Royal Chapel at Drottningholm Palace on Friday 8 June 2018. |
Too beautiful. I keep looking at these wonderful photos. Madeleine is glowing she is perfect so is the baby. Beautiful family. If only there was a picture of the entire family with the three children.
ReplyDeleteWowww ! The first photo is something else beautiful
ReplyDeleteThere is something false about these pictures. Too sterile? Or is it a new trend that royals pose for shampoo commercials, like someone commented on the photos of the dutch family? Or maybe I just have the impression that Madeleine is so vain.
ReplyDeleteShe's certainly not shy about being photographed, I think she just might be a tad vain
DeleteThese are real old fashioned portrait photos, nothing "commercial" in them. Very good quality pics with good light, focus, bacground and composition. Nothing false really. I love them.
DeleteAgree, these pictures are too sterile - not vain, but unimaginative and conservative. Madeleine leads a conservative live as a housewife with occasional caritative tasks.
DeleteI hope Pr. Madeleine won't hear Coralie's comment because one bun-person per family is more than enough. Must admit I'm so sick of CPss Victoria's flat and tightly pulled back hairstyles, so the more refreshing its to see that Madeleine isn't afraid nor ashamed of her beautiful hair. Her hair were simply styled and gorgeous. She looks like young and content mom, proud of her newborn baby girl, nothing false nor vain in my opinion.
DeleteBeautiful pictures sadly none of them Chris holding his little girl.Pss Madeleine always says the press is interfering in her Privacy. The photos are out there when she want's them to be there, reminds me of someone else. I hope Pss Sofia will be one of the godparents at the Baptism, she Madeleine,is one of prince Gabriel's. Well lets wait and see.
ReplyDeleteI really hope Prince Daniel will be one of the godparents.
DeleteAs for Madeleine and her desire for privacy...would you be happy when some strangers stalked-followed you during your everyday events, sneaking photos of your family without asking for permission ... and you are not allowed to complain when your family's privacy is violated? I'd definitely complain but you wouldn't care? Its different matter when she herself share photos occasionally, then its her decision and choice.
Stunning photos of the most beautiful princess of the scandinavian countries. She her husband and baby is gorgeous. Vain? Whata nasty remark!
ReplyDeleteje suis d'accord avec vous Anna-Marie Punt, toutes les remarques précédentes sont méchantes et la jalousie rend ces personnes ridicules !
Deletezellie you agree with me!!!!! Well done!!!!!😁
DeleteDie Bilder sind wunderschön, besser kann man sie nicht mehr machen. Warum sehen manche Menschen immer nur das negative ???
ReplyDeleteDas ist eine wunderschöne Familie und ich wünsche der Familie alles Liebe.
Thank you, well said.
DeleteBelles photos d'une belle famille... Adrienne ressemble beaucoup à Leonore.
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice surprise to see these new pictures of Madeleine and Chris with their youngest child, Adrienne. Love them.
ReplyDeleteSweet pictures, but I miss the two other kids. And maybe some flowers or furnitures in the background.
ReplyDeleteI think the photos are lovely. And I like the photos. Princess Madeleine seems to take her royal role seriously, realizing acknowledging the public wants to see pictures of her and her family. I dislike this faux outrage some public figures show when having to share their happy moments with the public. This is what is expected of public figures.
ReplyDeleteOur "communication society" has created the need for pictures, particulalrly with the easy tools to share them. So here we get them. I see nothing exagerated in them, except that they create the need for even more pictures.
ReplyDeleteGood point. I just find it more celebrity than royalty when such pictures are released on her Instagram rather than through the palace.
DeleteInteresting point. But I wonder if it's because she lives mostly outside of Sweden and her husband is not "royal" and lives a private life. So maybe the Palace prefers not to get involved in their day-to-day communications. (My sense is she lives more on the fringes of royal life and does not participate in routine royal outings.)
DeleteI love these tender pictures, little Adrienne seems so sweet...
ReplyDeletePss Adrienne, you are sleeping the time away, you are a cutie, but so are your sister and brother. God Bless.
ReplyDeletePictures of happiness, however they are taken. Sweet Adrienne!
ReplyDeleteVery candid and sweet pictures. Princess Madeleine looks so beautiful, content and happy. Motherhood really suits her.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteHermosas fotografias, muy tiernas y la princesa se ve muy recuperada del reciente parto
ReplyDeleteThis baby has the perfect life, eating sleeping crying, gets all the love she needs also being cuddled, what else can she ask for very cute.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos. Beautiful baby.
ReplyDeleteI have no idea why, yet I have always had the impression that Princess Madeleine was/is spoiled and indulged, much like her first born child appears to be indulged.
On the other hand, I have always had the impression that Crown Princess Victoria is an
adult version of Princess Estelle; a little ray of sunshine,a child who for some reason looks so angelic that I doubt she has ever had a tantrum.
I imagine both my impressions are wrong. I've not met either woman, nor am I likely to.
Madeleine is attractive and she has lovely hair which is beautifully styled [by a hairdresser, I imagine], while Victoria wears her hair pulled back in either a simple ponytail or a bun [something which I imagine she does herself, without the aid of a hairdresser].
Comparing Victoria and Madeleine is like comparing day to night, summer to winter, each is beautiful in their own way.
