On February 25, 2018, Queen Mathilde of Belgium and King Philippe of Belgium attended the Krakelingen Festival held in Geraardsbergen, Belgium. Krakelingen is the bread and fire feast marking the end of winter. The festival parade concludes with a reference to the basic elements that determine them – fire, fishes, bread and wine. This festival is protected by UNESCO since 2010. |
Not crazy about the wide belt sash (hangy down parts) but otherwise a very retro and chic ensemble.
