| King Philippe of Belgium and Queen Mathilde of Belgium made a Christmas visit to Perrekes House (Huis Perrekes) in Geel city of Antwerp, which carries out a 'life project' for people with dementia. Perrekes House provides private accommodation, care and guidance services, including choir programs, for elders with dementia. |
My favourite royal couple. Mathilde seems to be warmhearted and well-liked by her countrymen. They are a lovely couple who still hold hands after 18 or so years of marriage. They have 4 well-behaved children, and have produced the first-ever female Belgian queen-to-be in her own right. Plus, they are Belgian, as I am, so what's not to like?
