Not any high quality portraits I am afraid. Vertical lines of back round are tilted. Cropping of both is weird. Both pictures have the same problem, too busy clothes. Especially Beatrice´s skirt is far too busy to any portrait, it takes all attention from her face. Also Eugenie´s wrists are totally "cut" and Beatrice´s right fingers. Both girls look nice, these pics could have been so much better really.
Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are looking good on these Portraits. Their Make up, their Hairdo and their graceful smiles are gorgeous. Classic choice of colours and too busy structure.
I wonder what is the point of these photos. These young women apparently do little that is meaningful given the enormous advantages they were born into.
Nice photos if a little amateurish. Don't see why they shouldn't be published - they're on the Duke of York's website, they're his daughters so why not?
They both studied, gained degrees and work as well as undertaking charitable duties when they can. They also socialise like plenty of young women their age - unlike those young women they are photographed doing so and portrayed as a pair of wasters. Rather unfairly, in my opinion.
Very nice. The girls are beautiful here.
ReplyDeleteThey both look lovely.

This is a very good analysis. In general, they overdo.

Pretty girls, neither of them known for their fashion taste
ReplyDeletewhoever this photographer is, they need a course in "How to take a better picture". It was a real class at the college I attended almost 40 years ago!

ReplyDeleteSo true. My first thought on seeing their portrait headline was "why?"
