ReplyDeleteHere is a more balanced and realistic article about Meghan and her childhood and education in the U.S. She was relatively successful before meeting Harry but not that well known. And her private Catholic school upbringing was rather conservative in spite of her Dad's work in Hollywood:

They do make some good points. Some media outlets are trying to brand her as some sort of Welfare Child but she has had a VERY comfortable life, she went to VERY nice schools, and VERY deep connections.
DeleteI also love them interviewing ppl in Meghan's neighbor and them not caring at all. That is so American. Especially in California when celebrities are considered more like royalty than actual royalty.
Yes, Hiddlesfashion, exactly. There is a very established, well-educated and comfortable African-American middle and upper echelon in the U.S. This BBC article goes beyond lazy journalism that shows a one-sided view of Meghan.
