She's spectacular and gorgeous as always, but that bare shoulder dress belongs at an evening cocktail reception, not at a medical conference meeting.

DeleteEs un vestido de punto, no de seda o material lujoso, así que es perfectamente adecuado para la mañana. En España hace todavía mucho calor; son bienvenidos los escotes y las aberturas en las faldas.
