Yesterday, the Spanish royal family were seen in the city center of Palma de Mallorca, where they are spending their holiday. King Felipe VI, Queen Letizia, and their daughters, Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia, appeared stylish during their outing in the Balearic capital.
Queen Letizia and King Felipe took their daughters, Infanta Sofia and Princess Leonor, on a visit to the Can Prunera Museum, all dressed in coordinated summer outfits. Queen Letizia opted for a white shift dress, studded sandals, and a straw tote, creating a monochrome palette. King Felipe chose an all-blue ensemble, while Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia wore blue and white striped dresses, harmonizing both looks.
At a time when many public figures are caught off guard and “papped” in their most casual holiday attire — like David Cameron at the Wilderness Festival or Theresa May hiking in the Swiss Alps — Queen Letizia appeared composed and elegant in the Spanish city heat. The royal family traditionally spends their extended summer holiday at Marivent Palace.
Queen Letizia’s wardrobe formula was simple: a white linen shift dress, flat embellished sandals, and a straw bag. The Sixties-style Adolfo Dominguez dress featured symmetrical crocheted details — just enough to add charm without overcomplicating the classic cotton look. The beading on the sandal straps drew the eye down the leg, while the straw tote — like the fresh white frock — served as a timeless summer accent.
They are 'public persons' but I really think that this is not a public event and they should be left alone. I don't care whether it is the president of France, the Grand Maharajah, the king of wherever, private moments should remain private.
