On June 12, 2017, Queen Rania of Jordan attended the annual board meeting of the National Council for Family Affairs (NCFA), which discussed the Council’s past achievements and its future plans. The National Council for Family Affairs is a Queen Rania initiative that was established in 2001 with the aim of helping Jordanian families achieve a decent standard of stability and well-being. |
This is a romantically lush blouse, very imaginative sleeve trim, and it looks to be quite comfortable. To me it doesn't quite go with the pencil skirt. I wish we could see it with the fuller skirt in the model photo, but Queen Rania makes it look good anyway.
ReplyDeleteIt would have been nicer with that white top, photo R. Mouret. But in a traditional country it would be probably not so good, seeing on the Queen...?
ReplyDeleteI have to wonder how she stuffed all the material in that blouse into a pencil skirt and still look stick slim. Enquiring minds want to know...
ReplyDeleteThink of her origin. Aladin had his magic lamp and Rania has her magic needle. Whenever she wears that blouse inside her skirt, it is short with a rubberband in the waist. If she wants it outside it's long and wide.
DeleteMaybe the fabric is silk which can condense into a tiny space? Oh, I see that it IS silk!
DeleteThe style of the blouse and the skirt do not work together.
